Mayrhofen is an excellent resort offering plenty of options for trips walks and excursions and the Neuhaus is very well placed to access all the transport links up and down the valley. This is a traditional hotel that has been developed as a number of separate but interconnected buildings, with a very large and attractive garden which makes it ideal... More

I stayed during the summer when you get a double room with no single supplement. My room overlooked the outdoor bar so I was serenaded by live music in the afternoon and evening which was quite entertaining. The spa area with indoor and outdoor pools was never too crowded and the meandering layout of the gardens with its stylish comfortable... More

Just come back from a 10 day stay at the Neuhaus with my wife and two boys, what a fantastic hotel! We had a room with balcony over looking the pool and garden it was clean, spacious and well maintained. The whole hotel has a very traditional feel and is full of nooks and crannies oozing with character. The staff... More

Spent two weeks here in Jul/Aug. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is on the edge of the town centre so convenient without being crowded by buildings. It is two minutes walk from the train/bus station. The hotel consists of several buildings: we were in the St Josef annexe, which was well appointed and quiet, but connected to... More

Just back from a ten night stay here with Thomson/Crystal and we absolutely loved it. The hotel is oldy-worldy in style but full of character. In more detail: The room (we had a family room in the main building) had a double bed in a bedroom and a sofa bed (double) in the main room). It was spacious and well... More

I was staying with a group in Schlitters and came to Mayrhofen twice during our stay. The first time three of us stopped off at the restaurant outside, nice cake and coffee and the staff seemed nice although a very dry sense of humour we thought. However we came back with six of us next time, making our order he... More

Stayed her early June. Travellyed with a friend, I paid extra for single occupancy in a double room, the room was excellent with a lovely view of the mountains, the room was cleaned every day and towels changed daily. My friend had a single room which was "adequate" the balcony overlooked over rooms, but you don't spend a lot of... More

we were a family of 3 and had 2 rooms in the main part of the hotel. The rooms were spacious although our views were not that great. Rooms were very clean and bed linen changed every 3 days and towels changed daily. the food at night was wonderful and we always looked forward to our dinner. we found all... More

I have stayed here several times over the last few months while on business travel. This hotel is very historical and has been in their family for a very long time. It is tucked in a beautiful valley and you are surrounded by mountains. There is a swimming pool, spa, restaurants, free WiFi, breakfast buffet, bowling lanes and a movie... More

Stayed in the Annexe, my friend and I had single rooms, next door to each other. We found all of the staff very friendly, polite and nothing was too much trouble. Towels changed everyday, we had full use of everything in the main hotel building along with free wifi in all parts of the hotel and annexe. Would recommend and... More
