Stayed in the hotel for a ski vacation. Room was big, nicely decorated, very clean and convenient. It also had a porch with a nice view. We booked the Neuhaus through Thomson/Crystal because we needed 2 single rooms in addition to our 'family room. The family room and one of the singles was in the Landhaus annex. This building is across the road from the main Hotel Neuhaus, so we could never use the baby monitors making it very restricted in the evenings with the children.... more

This review woould have been rated a "terrible" based on the first room we were offered. Booked with Crystal / Thomsons and were initially given a room in the main building up 3 flights of stairs and there was no lift.
