Our family of four with teenage children stayed here for 8 nights and had a fabulous time here. The rooms were clean, warm and quiet, beds comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. We purchased a voucher from Luxury Escapes, which had many inclusions - loan car (GPS, easy pick up/drop off from Munich airport, safe and big enough for 4... More

Situated in the Zillertal valley, at the base of the (Hintertux glacier) mountains. The hotel has a distinctly Austrian facade and restaurant and bar areas also have more traditional architecture and decorating. One side of the hotel is modern, tho we stayed in traditional side (which we prefer). Hotel has a spa area, undercover pool, small gym, inside and outside... More

We had a great week at this hotel. It was a package that I purchased through Luxury Escapes and a very good deal. Hire car for the week, buffet breakfast, 'snack' and dinner provided - 5 courses if you could manage it with a choice of three mains with one vegetarian option each night. The initial room we were given... More

Enjoyed our stay. This was a promoted package for a week including breakfast, dinner, afternoon tea, hire car and other benefits. Room was very comfortable and the view from our chalet balcony great, looking up to the mountains along the valley. Good breakfast selection each morning and the dinners very good if you can eat 5 courses each night. You... More

I stayed for 6 nights from 9 September. I couldn't speak highly enough of the hotel and staff. I speak almost no German but ALL the staff made a concerted effort to communicate. the food and facilities were first class and my room was excellent, albeit a little too warm but that's really a small thing. In my opinion it... More

Gutshof is a lovely hotel on the far edge of town so it is a good 15 minute walk if one wants shops, bars, restaurants or to get to the cable car. The grounds are immaculate and attractive, a great place to have a coffee while admiring the mountain view or relax under a tree near the pool or outdoor... More

We stayed 5 days in Gutsenhof, Romantik room. Check in was very friendly, professional and helpful. Nice and clean room with beautiful South view on the garden and mountains. Snack between 3 and 4PM was excellent, good choice of bread, cakes, soup, sausages etc. Dinner 5 courses, well presented, good taste and nice local dishes, served by efficient and friendly... More

Due to its high room rates and self-presentation as a luxury hotel our expectations were high. The room was very spacious and had a spectacular view from the spacious balcony also. Importantly, only rooms ending in 2,3 or 4 reserve (ie 102,103,104 or 202,203 or 204). The rooms ending in 5 to 7 have a view of the wall of... More

We stayed here as part of a package deal and were very impressed with the quality. Our studio at the back faced the wonderful view up the valley. The included meals were 4-6 courses and all very good. The staff were all very busy and hard-working and very obliging. The included mountain bikes were first class quality and a joy... More
