Food and service excellent Window boxes very poor.full of weeds and suffering from lack of water Pool and surrounds not good. Grass needed cutting, pool cover dirty and untidy and too many loungers. It was our second stay in Hotel Sonnblick. The first year (March 2008) was perfect and also our second stay was perfect. The hospitality of hotel Sonnblick was great. It was our first skiing holiday and we selected the hotel Sonnblick in Kaprun, Austria from a brochure without any personal recommendation - we couldn't believe our luck. This is a small family run hotel. It offers a traditional warm, friendly and caring Austrian atmoshpere with excellent food served in a lovely restaurant. The rooms are well looked after, serviced daily with fresh towels and linen. The owners are very keen to please and always put their customers needs first. more
