My partner and I got married in Kaprun in August through Crystal Lakes and Mountains, after reading some of the comments on here I was a little worried. As it turns out this was a truly fantastic hotel, the staff were brillant and really welcoming. The food was excellent and, even though we were a group of eleven, they catered... more

Stayed for 4 nights, half board, this turned out to be a waste of money since the food was truly awful, tried it twice, that was enough. The breakfast buffet area was mostly uncovered attracting a lot of flies. (Nobody else was bothered by this but then again the hotel was empty) Our room was dark and uninviting, the quality of... more

Having stayed in Austria now 7 times I think I am qualified to give an honest review of this Hotel, which is in need of a complete refurbishment and some good chefs, who had some care and passion about what they do. We booked a week thru Crystal Ski at The Orgler and it was not cheap, but as it... more

We stayed at the Orgler Hotel from 27th August 2008 for one week. We really enjoyed our stay there. The hotel itself is a traditonal 4 star Austrian hotel - lots of wood. The room we had was spacious and spotlessly clean. The only strange thing about it was, the toilet was separate to the rest of the bathroom facilities,... more

We booked our week away through Crystal Lakes and Mountains and were a bit reluctant to book this hotel after reading a review that suggested that some of the room fittings were past their best. Glad we ignored it! The accommodation was traditional but well-maintained, the staff from owner through to the receptionist and restaurant staff were lovely. I met... more

We have just returned from a 10 day holiday in Kaprun staying at the Orgler. This hotel is one of the best we have stayed at. The food was fantastic. The breakfast buffett contained everything you could wish for and you were also offered a cooked English breakfast if you wished. The 4 course dinners were amazing with plenty of... more

This hotel has the best food we have ever eaten!! The rooms are spacious and nice (we had two adjoining rooms for two adults and two children) and the location is perfect! If you are considering staying in the larger town of Zell am See--don't! This hotel and town has everything you could want. A comfortable room, wonderful bar, convenient... more
