For reasons I now forget, I found myself counting my previous Austrian trips on the plane before landing in Salzburg en route to Filzmoos... I was blown away to realise we were about to begin our 7th trip staying at Haus Spencer with Rob and Bev! As ever our hosts didn't disappoint. Rob picked Holly and I up from the... More

We spent our Holidays at Rob and Bev the second time. And it was great being welcome like good old friends. It´s a wonderful mix between "familyfeeling" and time for yourself. We´ll come again! Michaela, Wolfgang and Felix

In addition to the review of my son in law titled “ Time well spent”, reviewed on February 6th , 2013, I like to add a few words with regard to the high level of care and service of Rob and Bev to their guests. Especially their involvement and service to their guests speak from the fact that they search... More

My friends and I have been staying in apartments during our weekly skiing holidays for the last 10 years and we have to rate Haus Spencer right up there in our top 3. We were greeted by Rob and Bev on arrival with welcoming smiles and lots of information about the area - particularly helpful as one of our group... More

We spent our holiday with both of our parents and 2 children, so we booked the 2 appartments, which was extremely comfortable for us. We easily had breakfast and dinner with 6 adults and 2 children at one table, which felt like Christmas with the beautiful scenery outside. The house is full of windows and so you can enjoy the... After almost a year of my boyfriend telling me how amazing Filzmoos is, we finally took the opportunity to go in January of this year. Rob met us at the airport and on the drive to the town expertly fielded our many questions about the plans that lay ahead of us. The apartment was amazing, beautifully appointed with everything we... Kevin, myself (deb) Amber & Brighde stayed with Rob & Bev from 22.12 2012 - 4.1 2013. To say the stay was amazing is an understatement! Their hospitality is outstanding. The apartments are superb. Now, where do I start.......the first thing when we arrived was seeing such friendly faces. They are such lovely people. Then the next thing was the... More

We arrived at Haus Spencer with a lovely welcome by Rob and Bev. The room was amazing - it was a big apartment, it was spotless, it was much, much more than we expected. When we saw the room there was a Christmas tree put up for us and beautiful ornaments around the apartment. It is a non smoking place... More
