Not much to say, title says it all. Room was freezing cold. Wifi was pretty poor with drops out, the family were very rude and mentioned about the cold room. Maybe it was just us based on the other reviews.

Arrived from the Hotel after travelling down the high alpine road. The hotel looks pretty good from the outside with some nice timber layout once inside the main building. Few areas of disappointment however with this hotel. 1. Wifi Signal issue on lower ground floor rooms. 2. Room was very cold and heating is turned off (assuming to save money!!!).... More

First of all our sympathies, although we hope you are safely back home. We also want to thank you for the relevant information on the hacked DNS server. Our communications engineer was able to fix the problem. Since your departure we also enhanced our WiFi so internet access is available everywhere in our house. As we do not mention minibar... More

Stayed for one night after driving through the Dolomites on our way to Austria by way of the Grossglockner. Hotel Laerchenhof is a ski lodge style hotel, located just a few minutes walk from the main section of Heiligenblut. Our room was large and comfortable, with a sitting area and balcony with a view of the village and valley. We... More

We arrived in town without a reservation...Came upon Hotel Laerchenhof and they had an available room. WHAT A VIEW!! The rooms are magnificent...clean & large, with balcony views of the valley....everything you need and more. The staff is so kind and if that isn't enough the price was outstanding...(it also included in the price breakfast and dinner). We HIGHLY recommend... More

This hotel is close to the main town square in Heiligenblut and about a 5 minute walk to the ski area where you have the choice of several ski slopes. The room was comfortable and very clean. They provide bathrobes and towels for the sauna area located downstairs which is open from late afternoon to early evening. We paid for... More

The Panorama Hotel Lärchenhof is situated about 200 meters from the village square of Heiligenblut and the cable car. The view from the panorama restaurant and the balconies give a formidable sight on the mountains, the glacier and the valley. Wir booked a comfort room, which is about 300 sq ft. In the room fits a setee, working desk and... More

While coming to the hotel, we were overwhelmed with its size. And when entered - we've found it lovely, we were welcomed by the family owners (i guess), given the rooms, everything went fine. our room was very nice - spacious for our small child with a splendid view. And the best part was only yet to come - the... More

With views to Heiligenblut and up the valley toward the Grossglockner this is a superbly located traditional style hotel with all the modern comforts. Great balcony, sitting area in room, free wifi. Terrace to eat on. It has got it all. Family run with a great welcome. Travel pass for the Grossglockner as we were staying two nights which saved... More

When in Austria, I had previously rarely ventured outside of Vienna. People in Vienna, like in other European capitals, can sometimes seem a little too smug, or even unfriendly. In the Alpine regions of Austria, it is just the contrary. Some of the warmest, nicest people you will ever find. This is also true about the family who runs the... More

We had a room with a wonderful view of the balcony, I requested for the heater in the room to be on as I was feeling cold, but not only was the heater switched on for our comfort but the heater in the...
