What a pleasant place to stay. The rooms were nice and clean, the water hot and the staff was very friendly. We rented the whole house to accomodate three familes. Best 4 day trip we've had in Panama! The cooking staff, knowing that we were fishing one of the days, came in early to cook us breakfast. What a treat!

Charming little hotel with a whole lot of warmth and friendliness. When you arrive, Guadalupe Claros makes you feel like a long lost friend. Her beaming smile will quickly melt any indifference and whatever it is, she will do her utmost to please you. The accommodation's are good, the internet works and the included breakfast is very good. Prices are... More

Had a lovely couple of days here. The staff do everything to accommodate your stay (thank you, Lupe). A home away from home. The breakfast comes with the room cost and is lovely. Try the banana pancakes with crispy bacon and fresh fruit. Welcoming environment, good value for the cost.

All the staff made us feel very welcome and at home. Big plus for their open bar system! Clean rooms and excellent breakfast menu. Do not miss their Monday grilled chicken evening - make sure you get there early! Sitting on the porch and just relaxing was great! The staff was very friendly, helpful and gave good recommendations for things... More

My family stayed at Casita Margarita for 3 nights while traveling in Panama. What can I say other than this place is fantastic and full of charm. The owners were incredibly friendly and assisted us with finding local activities and even provided us with surf boards and beach gear. I will also agree that the banana and guava pancakes are... Stayed here two nights, and never saw the owner nor the manager, neither very engaged in the business. Staff don't really speak English, though they try. We lost power in the night and no staff were present, to help or explain. Next day all day no water nor power till 5 pm. No one seemed concerned that's just panama! They... More

Dear pjsVenice My most humble apologies that you did not have a pleasurable experience at the Casita. I am normally at the Casita every morning to greet the guests. Due to unforeseen circumstances I was not available for a few days. My Manager, Lupe and staff always make a extra effort to greet everyone and we treat our guests as... More

What an amazing and quaint place. Guadalupe was so sweet upon our arrival. The other ladies were very attentive and we had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners. He was awesome. The place was very cute, clean and very charming. Food was homemade which was very nice. We spent the evening on the porch rocking in the rocking... More

We stayed five nights and enjoyed every minute. Marcelino took me fishing two days, and we caught huge amberjack, albacore, pompano, king mackerel, red snapper and grouper. Sra. Millie cooked for us one night and I cooked two -- the kitchen is yours if you need it. Breakfasts are done well and hearty lunches are prepared when you want. Rooms... More
