We traveled cross-country and the Comfort Inn in Custer was by far our favorite hotel. The setting is beautiful - from the outside it looks like a mountain lodge and is nestled in the mountains. We enjoyed our one night stay. The rooms were clean and decent size--enough for five of us to fit comfortably. Our room was clean and the staff was friendly. We didn't use the pool or eat the breakfast so I can't comment on those. The biggest thing to me is cleanliness and this hotel met that requirement. more
