We stayed over the Holiday Weekend and it was pretty quite, I thought it was going to be a lot busier, with all the attractions near buy. The bathrooms were in much better shape than i anticipated, but the pool was full of bugs. My step son played in it until he was blue in the lips with chill, but... More

With my kids being 8 years apart (13 & 5), my husband and I have the fun task of planning our vacation with the attempt of trying to meet both of their needs. Therefore attending the Flintstones Theme Park was solely for the benefit of my youngest son. It cost us $30 ($10 pp; 5 and younger are free) and... More

It was just my husband and myself, this time. The staff was nice the place was clean and we enjoyed our visit. We think we need to go back and bring a child 6 or under! Very cute themed. Inexpensive about $10 to get in and fresh popcorn at the movie theater was $1 canned sodas $1. You can camp... More

We didn't need anything fancy, just a place to chill and sleep at after a day of sightseeing. The cabin slept 5 easy. Bunk beds, with one of the bottom bunks a double bed. There was room enough to slide the suitcases under the bed. The swing on the porch was a great place to relax and watch the sunrise... More

Cabin was bigger and a bit nicer than some KOA cabins. We stayed 2 nights. Over all facilities were older. Our cabin 1, was in a sunny location. Good veiw for fireworks. Store limited, and pool was way too small for amount of kids. Showers were timed, but you could add more time as needed. Bigger than most showers, with... More

Just returned from a 6 night trip to the Black Hills. We stayed our first 3 nights at KOA Mt Rushmore, and moved south to finish our week at Flintstones Bedrock City. I came here as a kid (just to the theme park) and I don't think anything changed. I still felt like I was in 1992. It is pretty... More

My husband and I planned a trip to the Black Hills, but we waited too long to book a campsite in one of the parks (we were traveling over The Sturgis Bike Week). W were very lucky to find the Flintstones campground. The bathroom/showers were impeccably clean the entire time we were visiting. The staff was extremely kind and helpful.... More

We camped for 3 nights at the campground. Our kids (4 and 6) loved swimming in the pool. We played mini golf. It was $1 per person to play and you got to keep the ball and play as many times as you wanted to. We visited the theme park and the kids really enjoyed that. If you stay at... More

I hate campgrounds that are visable from the road and this one was nice and tucked away. I found the theme too cute...facilities were clean and things appeared freshly painted. Pool was cute too. Playground and mini golf need some upgrades and it would of been nice to have our own fire pit (they just have two shared pits across... More

There were 5 in our group, 3 adults and 2 children. We paid $60 for two nights with electric. The campsites are nice; however, very close together and didn't care for the rodents running around everywhere. Not sure it would be so nice if the sites were filled. There was mini-golf and 'mini' is the correct word. There is a... More
