Loved this boutique hotel. Will be staying here again next time we visit NO. Fantastic location, rooms are comfortable, bar and restaurant very nice. Internet worked great. My husband and I both had a wonderful time!

There are just too many similarly priced hotels in this general vicinity to recommend staying here. Room had not been well cleaned prior to arrival (pieces of trash from the prior guests found in both bathroom and bedroom.). Hallways and common areas were dirty. Staff was friendly, if a bit overwhelmed (it is Mardi Gras, after all.) lack of cleanliness... More

We loved the restaurant and we're happy with the location of the hotel. We would opt for a room with a view on our next stay. I choose an inside room due cut down on noise since we were Leaving early.

I loved this place for many reasons, first of all for its great and unique atmosphere. The whole hotel and the rooms are very stilish, the room is very clean and confortable, the staff is young and nice and breakfast is delicious. Great value for money.

A little away from the crowds but an easy walk to all. Very unique boutique hotel with lots of character. Very nice staff and great bar. Rooms are very simple yet comfortable. Location is out of the hustle bustle but a quick walk. Would definately return. Ask for a room away from the elevator as you can hear it start... More

The interiors were very well done. Modern and warm. Same for the restaurant in the lobby which has fantastic food and drinks. Brooklyn Hipster-approved all around. The staff was also friendly and welcoming. Room was clean upon check in and cleaned well every day I stayed.

Staying in Central Business District

Neighborhood Profile
Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.
