Although the price was good (Groupon) the place was not where I'd EVER stay again! After checking in the "extras' totaled $75 for parking, value added pkg. (which was the use of exercise room, breakfast..yuck, and wifi ??...why). I think this charge was ridiculous...the bar/ restaurant was closed down the entire time. It smelled bad, the room was tiny (full... More

I got a good deal on this hotel, so I was very satisfied with the level of service I received. Beware of the $32/night for valet parking ($29 self parking across the street). I didn't bring my car because of this. Streetcars/buses/walking were a much better means of transportation for this budget traveler. The staff was pretty laid back. I... More

This hotel would be the last place I'd stay in New Orleans, even if they paid me to stay! Check in service was awful and room was a full not a queen and was greatly overpriced. The room was reminiscent of a dungeon! I had to repeatedly ask for washcloths that should have been in the room when housekeeping cleaned.... More

Greatly affordable and rustic with New Orlean's charm. A remodeled warehouse with original brick walls in each room. Lightly slanting floors that creak remind you of the days gone by, but newly refurbished amenities make your stay comfortable and warm. A good location if you are looking to be a few blocks away from the noise of the french quarter,... More

Terrible, terrible hotel. Where do I start? It is not a 'Boutique Hotel' as advertised. Never seen more misleading self-description on a website. It filthy hallways, the bathroom crumbling, it was loud, and the staff unhelpful. We bought a package through Groupon for a few days. Arrived after a 9 hr exhausting drive and slept one night. We left first... More

I'm really disappointed to hear that we didn't completely wow you during your trip to NOLA. We do like to think of ourselves as a boutique hotel where you can rest and enjoy the city, but I'm sorry if we fell short on delivering that experience. If there's ever an issue with cleanliness or a repair that needs attention, our... More

The location and value are pretty good for the area. It is not far from Canal street so with a short walk you can be in the center of everything. The double room was a good size and clean. The hotel has a good charm about it. I would stay again.

Justed New Orleans on 7/09-7/10 with our family. I picked this hotel because I had a Groupon and the pictures online looked really cool being that it was an old coffee warehouse. I did not know that we had to pay for parking across the street which is $29 for overnight or use their parking service which was $24 because... More

While I'm happy that you appreciated the atmosphere here, I'm disappointed that you didn't completely love your stay with us. It's our job to make sure your trip to the city is fun and relaxing at the same time. It sounds like there might have been a miscommunication about the parking, and I apologize for that. I'll be talking to... More

We arrived around 2 am to find our room blaring with a tv left on, all the lights on, AND a slept in bed!!! A chewed up straw and lemon on the floor. Called to report slept in bed. Waited 30 minutes. Had to call again. They sent the VALET guy to put clean sheets on bed!! At 9 am... More

I'm very disappointed and frankly, rather shocked to hear about your visit here. When you arrive, you should be directed to a clean, cozy room and our staff should take care of any questions you have right away. It sounds like we might have missed the mark on that during your stay, and that's never acceptable in my eyes. I... More

The hotel is really nice looking..we got here a little before check in (12:30) and we got checked in right away instead of waiting till 3pm...the room was clean and the first with no windows in our room but it was really nice and dark to sleep and very QUIET.. I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us, Melissa, but I apologize for the confusion with parking. It sounds like there might have been a miscommunication among our staff. I'll make sure to check in with everyone so that it doesn't happen again. I hope you'll come back to see us next time you're in town. All... More
