Nice hotel is a good location. Summer, the front desk clerk was extremely nice and helpful. Close to everything, within easy walking distance to Bourbon St, Harrah's, Canal St, etc... We stayed one night in Feb 2012 before our cruise. While we were at dinner someone robbed our room and shuffled thru all our suitcases. Police and management were called. Management said our door had not be closed all the way. Now I see on here someone else was robbed at the same hotel. I think they have a problem.... More

Clean, quiet, comfortable hotel. Location pretty good if you don't mind walking a bit to French Quarter. Thermostat only goes down to 65 and I don't believe it really got there. Room was a little warm for sleeping. More
