Your comment is awaiting moderation. La Quinta – New Orleans – French Quarter. Camp St. Manager on duty: Nelly Quality: sub-par Problem: We stayed the night before a cruise out of the port right down the street. I left my cell phone charger on the night stand next to the bed. I called within an hour of leaving the hotel,... More

First the good news: the location is gr8 (2 blocks to the French Quarter), the rooms are huge, & the staff is friendly. Bad news: Housekeeping starts at 9am, & if you'd rather sleep in, they usually won't come back later. In our 5-day stay, we got housekeeping only once. If you don't want early housekeeping, request an upper-floor room... More

We stayed three days at the Downtown La Quinta on Camp Street and the experience was great. Super location, great staff and 3-4 blocks from Bourbon Street and about 5 blocks to the Riverfront. Pet friendly downtown hotel. No unexpected charges on checkout. We'll be back when we return to NO.

Hotel Staff very courteous. Valet was nice as we did not need our vehicle for any of our stay there. You can get to most places without driving and taxes are cheap. Hotel was nice though there was one elevator out of service when we were there and was slightly inconvenient. We stayed in a smoking room there was no... More

We stayed 4 nights, and we ran into several difficulties. First, the hotel would not award AARP nor AAA discounts; "they were already taken." Second, the charge for parking was extortion. Third, the water system was so bad that we had to change rooms. One could brew tea with the water from the shower, and neither the temp nor the... More

Conference Trip at Morial Convention Center This is a nice hotel. No fireworks going off and bands playing as you enter. It is a safe place to sleep. The front desk staff are fantastic. The hotel is clean with the exception of the need for a carpet cleaning in the room. The house keeping staff was great and did their... More

Stayed 3 nights for the Jazz fest. One of two elevators down for the entire time. DURING JAZZ FEST! Filthy from top to bottom. Sporadic shower pressure. Bad customer service. Called on day one for additional blanket and day bed. Said they would be right up. I called and hour later and was told they were out of blankets and... More

Our hotel in New Orleans was quite good. It is a very old building, but they have done an excellent job of updating and renovating it. There were a few very little things that could stand tweaking, but overall it was just fine. Breakfast left a bit to be desired, but the hotel was crowded, and we did not go... More

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I would tell others to stay here. We were just a few blocks from anything we might have wanted to do. I recommend the hop on hop off tour it was worth the money. The staff are very helpful and friendly, Sara always had a smile on her face and greeted us... More
