This was a mistake I won't make again. As mentioned by others, the location is the draw, but the house has serious issues with deferred maintenance and is understaffed. Absolutely the rudest hotel staff that I have ever encountered! Rooms are small and poorly decorated. Bathroom unclean. With a location as nice as they have I guess they've decided they can forgo the idea that a hotel is about customer service and making things nice for guests. The staff was openly hostile. In a city known for hospitality you have much better choices than this. more
