Everything was just fine with the exception of the constant grinding of the gears of the elevator, which was across the hall from our room, and could be heard through the ceiling of our room. Service was fine, room was very clean, great view of the river and friendly employees.

This was an average Hilton. Some good points, some things the hotel really needs to work on. Good: Bed was comfy. Good water pressure. Typical Hilton toiletries. Fine location. River view room was very nice. I'm Hilton gold and was upgraded to the room with a view. Elevators were relatively quick. Very near trolley stop. Good conference hotel rate $119.... More

I didn't understand was why it wasn't any microwave's in the room! But besides that everything was great and entertaining! My bed was comfortable and the room was very clean! The Riverwalk Mall in the inside of this hotel was Amazing!

Staying last week for 4 nights at the New Orleans Hilton I experienced a significant billing error. One of the nights were double billed conveniently at a page break. It seems funny the way it went down and how easily it was corrected. I would report almost pre-planned. I have a hard copy of the bill. I have lost confidence... More

On check in at this hotel we were not informed that there was a problem with the water, which we discovered with a letter in our room. We could not shower after a long hot day and the water which was supposed to be delivered to our room had not arrived. We had no issue with the room, the a/c worked well... More

I visited the Hilton riverside as a performing artist for the GMWA Gospel Music Workshop of America and found it to be a beautiful hotel. The staff were polite and helpful. My only issue would be the parking garage cost are a little high but that's NOLA. Would like to visit again.

Stayed on the 16th floor. That part of the hotel is older, Beds and furnishings nicely done. Bath adequate. Elevators fast and efficient. Staff was very good. Concierge was helpful but a bit of an attitude. Breakfast in the hotel was extremely expensive. $15 + for classic breakfast. Hotel connected to a mall for shoppers. Walkable to many things and... Nice hotel connected to the mall with good restaurants. I was disappointed that you had to pay daily to use the gym and that's why I rate it 4. Drinks at the bar were high at $15 each. Starbucks inside hotel was limited on drinks they prepared. Mall food court was nice. Beautiful views of Mississippi River. Walking distance to... More

Stayed here 6 nights for volleyball junior nationals. It is about a 10 minute walk to the convention center. The first room we were given was right across from the elevator and there was about 3/4 inch gap under door. We could hear everyone getting on and off and their conversations as they walked down the hall. We requested a... More

I would not stay in this hotel again. I have stayed in many Hiltons across the country and have largely had good experiences, but this location most definitely did not live up to the reputation of the brand. From a disorganized and incorrect check-in, to dilapidated furnishings in the rooms, to service that bordered on rude, they managed to drop... More
