WOW! Where do I start? I stayed in the Residence Inn and find the staff and their attitudes toward their guests to be reprehensible. This hotel is a dump. I don't know were to start. This hotel has outside access to rooms, no security. Even though the room was non smoking, I could hardly breathe. It smelled so bad. If you are looking for a quiet, spacious, and clean hotel; this is it. Great place to stay all the way around. Great ammenities and helpful staff. The location is a long walk from Bourbon Street and the French Quarter District; but there are plenty of cabs at all hours. This is also a pet friendly hotel. more
