This hotel has a wonderful staff that was courteous and extremely helpful upon arrival. My co-workers reservation was inadvertently cancelled and the woman at the front desk took care of her graciously. The renovated rooms are lovely and the size if a one bedroom apartment! The building is really unusual with walkways sort of suspended between the rooms on either side of the block. I should taken heed to other reviewers and not come here. First off I tried to cancel the reservation (2 days before our arrival) because of the other reviews about the hotel and rooms being shabby but wasn't allowed without a penalty of $300 the cost of the 2 bedroom suite plus taxes.Requested a renovated room like suggested by others....
