We have stayed at this hotel twice this year, and both times we found it to be excellent. Lodgings in the Garden District of New Orleans tend to be expensive, but this hotel is extremely reasonable. The location is good on St. Charles, and there is valet parking ($18 per day). Our room and bath were very large, and the... More

We stayed here the evening before our cruise left and couldn't have been more satisfied and impressed. The price is an incredible value compared to other hotels in the area. The service was excellent, the rooms are huge, and it's right on the trolley line to get to all the 'sights' of New Orleans. We were lucky enough to be... More

Service such as the service that my family received during our stay this past weekend at the Clarion Grand Boutique Hotel does not come often in today's fast-paced society. The entire team went above and beyond at all hours of everyday during our stay to make it more than pleasant. Chasity at the hotel's front desk was the first person... More

I came down to ask the front desk a question in regards to the city. I wanted to know some good places to eat and shop. Vantrell, the Front Desk employee was on his cellphone. I said excuse me because I did not know how long he would be on a personal conversation. He responded by putting his hand in... More

Hotel exceeded my expectations, I thought by it being a smaller property it would be ole fashioned and run down. The guy at the front desk (vantrell) was very helpful, he recommended freat places for me and my family to eat each day of our stay, he had no problem with my families many demanding needs for things like towels,... We stayed in this hotel during New Orleans Jazz Festival. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. They were designed nicely and had good amount of space. The problem I had was with the cleaning ladies who did not show up to clean 2 times and when they did their cleaning was average leaving empty bottles and wrappers on the table.... More

Excellent place to stay. Absolutely clean and comfortable. Staff is very efficient and accommodating. Close enough to all areas by bus and trolly. Typical breakfast for a hotel. Good location in close proximity to French Quarter. Quiet area, out of the noise of Bourbon street area, but close enough to walk to. Older building, but well maintained. Rooms very comfortable. On trolley car route. Breakfast is good quality.
