We spent four nights here May 7 - May 11 to celebrate my 45th birthday. The room was spacious, clean and quiet since we requested a courtyard balcony. The bed was comfortable as well. We arrived several hours before check-in and were able to check our bags at the hotel while we went out for drinks and lunch, rather than... More

The hotel is right off of Bourbon street which is perfect for a quick stumble back after enjoying some of the night life. The building itself reflects all the charm of the city, and lends itself to what you may have expected to see in the early 19th century. My boyfriend and I had our room the first floor, which is... More

My wife and I recently stayed at Hotel St. Marie and had a great experience. Hotel St. Marie is a quaint, old building that is very representative of the French Quarter architecture and history while providing contemporary amenities. The beds were very comfortable The hotel staff were all very friendly and had a desire to make our stay as pleasurable... More

I booked this hotel based on price and location, and the location was phenomenal. The staff was very nice and the courtyard was pleasant. The rooms were decent and had all the standard stuff, but I didn't feel that they were very clean. One of the beds had sheets that were stained and less-than-stellar linens and cleaning services were the... More

Quiet room and pretty little courtyard just a block from Bourbon St. Clean room and friendly staff. Great bartender and breakfast too! We enjoyed coffee on our balcony looking over the courtyard and listening to the water fountain before a short walk to some great restaurants and of course the Bourbon St party. Perfect location to enjoy the French Quarter!

St. Marie is great, the location is pretty much perfect, one block away from Bourbon St. and closer to the West side which is where the restaurants and entertainment are located... the rooms are big, property upkeep is excellent, the pool is toward the smallish side which is expected in this type of period hotels but it is nicely secluded,... Very beautiful hotel, all staff from the front desk to the valets were very friendly and helpful. We arrived a bit early and were upgraded to a balcony room, the room was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. We loved the old fixtures and historic look of the hotel, the location couldnt be beat, located just a little less than a... More

I can not say enough about our stay at the Hotel. The Staff was very professional and polite. The restaurant and the café were great. The room was excellent (a little cool) and the balcony was perfect for sitting and talking. I liked the old world charm of the Hotel; it felt like we were in the French Quarters. Thank... More

I stayed at the St Marie for business Monday-Thursday. The rate was reasonable for a street side king room with balcony seating. I do like the on premise parking and valet. This hotel is definitely old french quarter charm but with modern upgrades. Breakfast was great at the restaurant. Front desk staff was always accommodating. 1/2 block off Bourbon makes... More

Great location not too far from all the noise but just close enough. Staff was helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the room not so good. Our feel turned black with dirt if not wearing shoes. Would stay there again but only if they clean their carpets.
