We went to New Orleans on a Girls Trip. We stayed at the Prince Conti 3 nights. It was good. Now this is a older hotel, so there is older decor. We found the lobby, elevator, hallways and our room was clean. The beds were okay.. the matteresses could be replaced. We had a suite... room 351. I slept on... More

We recently stayed at this hotel and I must say it was just what we needed. Although the rooms are slightly outdated we found that to be kinda cool. The staff was nice, the location was PERFECT and the price was in our budget. To end the trip we even experienced a "sighting" in our room (244!!!!!!!) More

The mattresses were thin and saggy. The headboard was loose and rattled against the wall everytime we turned over in the bed. The bedspread was "pilled" and faded. There was an "unidentified" waste product underneath the corner chair. Obviously, the floor had not been cleaned. More

We stayed at the Prince Conti during a very busy weekend in NOLA recently. The room we had was perfect for what we wanted (a home base close to the French Quarter) and it had a really nice feel to it. In fact, the whole hotel itself was quaint and quietly welcoming. However, I can't say the same of the... More

We hadn't been to New Orleans since 2004, so we didn't know what to expect. I wanted to stay at a hotel in the French Quarter that wasn't terribly expensive. The Prince Conti fit the bill. We had a lovely suite with plenty of room and it was so quiet! We were just half a block fom Bourbon Street- easy... More

The location can not be beat. You are literally steps off Bourbon Street. When in New Orleans, you never stay in your room, so take this review with a grain of salt. Our room, 243, was small and the bathroom was very tiny. At the sink you could almost sit on the toilet. This didn't really bother us as we... More

I was skeptical about this hotel at first, but was very impressed. Clean room, prompt and friendly service. The location is in the heart of the French Quarter, but manages to be quiet despite being practically on top of Bourbon Street. If you get a chance, try the Bombay Club onsite. I stopped in for a nightcap with meager expectations... More

Just steps from the heart of Bourbon Street, very nice room, friendly staff and a steal @ $69 per night (+$28 per day parking). We were very happy with our stay. And don't miss the Jagerhaus German restaurant, right across the street. Wunderbar! More

You can't beat the location of this hotel - literally steps away from Bourbon Street - but the hotel itself is average at best. Pros: The bathrooms seemed recently renovated and the water pressure was awesome. The service was very good, very nice people. The location is perfect for a stay in the French Quarter. Cons: The rooms are old,... More

After reading a lot of Travel Advisor reviews and forum posts, we decided on the Prince Conti Hotel. It was a good choice. Located only a 1/2 block from Bourbon Street, you can enjoy the proximity, without all the noise. Sure is convient to have your room so close that you can easily return for a pit stop or unload...
