“Old fashioned Beauty and Great Service”

One of the items on the bucket list was to stay in a Bourbon Street balcony room and it was finally crossed off at the Royal Sonesta. My husband and I visited NO for the first time over Memorial Day weekend and were lucky enough to win this hotel by bidding on Priceline. After spending a long weekend there, I probably wouldn't stay anywhere else.The location was excellent for the city's first-timers. “A beautiful surprise on Bourbon St.”

An absolutely beautiful hotel in the middle of Bourbon Street-who would have believed it? The food outstanding New Orleans fair. The staff all wonderful! Highly recommend a visit!!! We had a room overlooking one of their two open courtyards so pretty!
