Renovations at this hotel are welcomed but service is inconsistent...promises made but not kept by the concierge, a sticky parquet floor in the entrance hall upon arrival and dirty coffee mugs, turn down service sometimes perfect, other times non-existent, half the channels on the room TVs not working, hot water...

We've stayed at the Windsor Court twice in the last month and the new updates to the rooms and public spaces are wonderful. The rooms are almost all complete with new carpet, curtains, fabrics and decor. Everything is fresh and has the gentility you expect at the Windsor Court.
