My 2nd visit to this Hotel. For the $ it's fine. 3 blocks from all the action. This is an OLD boutique hotel but it's by no means a dump. It does need TLC. cleanliness of the rooms need MORE attention. There is dust everywhere. It's still charming and could be an amazing hotel if they upgrade a bit. I'll... More

It's not easy to be this bad. We stayed here over Jazz Fest so the room rate was jacked up to $420 a night which is fine I'd do the same thing but if you are going to gouge me I expect a little effort and maybe a smile. What was bad: - the A/C didn't blow cold air -... More

From the time we arrived to the minute we left, this was the best stay at a hotel in many years. The staff was super nice and polite. My wife loved the room with the victorian furniture and brick wall behind our bed. Only 3 block from Canal Street. Easy access to all of downtown. Front desk recommened places to... More

We stayed six nights during the Jazz Festival. I know that almost every hotel is raising their prices during this time, but the price for this little room (in average we paid more than US$ 260. per night) was just outrages. The room was tiny but clean. We had a room in the second building, no front desk or door... More

We stayed during the French Quarter Festival and were leaving on a cruise Monday a.m. The location was very good. An easy 2 block walk to the French Quarter. We had breakfast at 2 very good places. The Ruby Slipper is good if you'd like a bloody mary or mimosa with your breakfast. We were only 2 so we sat... More

My friend and I stayed there 2 nights when we went for Spring Break. The staff was quite courteous. The room was smaller than we thought. It was a Queen size bed with small waking space around. The curtains were a little dirty on the bottom. the bathroom door lock was broken. But otherwise it was quaint. We didn't spend... More

I stayed 2 nights (Thurs and Fri) during French Quarter Festival. Well, this was a lesson to not use Hotwire. When I booked I knew I took a chance as they had not had enough reviews to state the percentage of folks who would recommend the hotel. Let me try to be fair and say there are pros and cons... More

Lovely old hotel this building was a train station, takes you to back to a time long lost, this does not mean it's a run down hotel far from it, it is very tasteful and a clever use of old and new. Teddy the bell man outstanding really took the time to offer advice on trips to take and always... More

This Hotel is old but will be renovated in May We stayed on the 11th floor, we heard no noise from the street, the Ac worked fine and no problems with WiFi. We stayed for 5 nights and since it isn't a 4 or 5 star hotel it was what we expected . From reading other reviews, we did not... More

This hotel has a very odd layout, spanning across two buildings, either side of a small side street. We had a great stay in the Queen and Crescent Hotel and believe we chose well. The hotel is particularly quiet despite being so close to Bourbon street and the main stretch of New Orleans. It is just a short taxi ride... More
