The only thing good about this hotel is the location. Their are so many hidden fees and i would never stay here again. Parking $ 31.00 a day, $50.00 deposit which you get back after 7 business days, No food in the hotel, no swimming pool, no refigerator, the plumbing is horrible, the walls are so thin i can tell... The hotel is well located, close enough to the quarter to be in walking distance but not too close so you can hear the noise. Staff is ok, not great, and the room is clean and pretty. Breakfast was definetly the worst I've ever had! No milk, no bread, fruit (apple) just occasionally, just awful!

After reading such foul reviews I was so worried that the room would be crawling with every nasty thing possible. I came prepared with cleaning products and towels from home. SHAME ON YOU ALL THAT SAID BAD THINGS! Upon arrival it was 7:30 a.m. Check in is at 4 p.m. The guest service lady was so friendly she allowed myself... More

My family and I stayed at this hotel during the Essence Festival 2014. The hotel was in the perfect location for everything; closer to the Super Dome mostly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself felt like a big mansion with many rooms. The hallways were decorated with an antique French theme along with the room. The... More

It's a very comfortable Hotel. Very clean nice Hotel the two young ladies at the front desk were very polite and helpful. We brought in a group for the Essence Music Festival so the location was great it was in the middle of the conference center and the super dome. Close to Canal street also. Parking lot was right next... More

I don't understand why this hotel has been getting bad reviews. The room was clean, bed was new, the staff were lovely and gave great advice on the city. The location is perfect! The hotel is 2 buildings and one is currently being renovated. I would definitely recommend Q&C!

I stayed at the Q&C for four nights with my wife and two friends visiting from overseas. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful with check-in. I found the check-in area to be dimly lit. I also noticed a night guard on duty who seemed to be active in determining if people were actual guests or... More

We stayed here on a whim while driving down to see a Saints game in the fall. We usually stay at the Royal Sonesta but they were booked solid. We picked this location due to it's availably and locale in relation to the Superdome. Firstly it's not in the best part of town. When we arrived the police were being... More

Me and my wife stayed for 2 nights for our second wedding anniversary. So far they put us into three different rooms because the air conditioning doesn't work in either of them. For the amount of money you pay to stay in this hotel, it isn't worth it. I don't understand! What kind of hotel doesn't have a working air... More
