When we arrived at the hotel, Troy the front desk clerk knew something was wrong. We had told him of the horrible cab ride we had from the airport. It was my boyfriends first time in Nola and after the ride he was pretty heated. Troy accommodated us the best he could and put us in a beautiful room. He... More

This is a great hotel for the price. good location, but hotel doesn't offer many extras, like a gym . That was my only complaint, but close to trolley and french quarter. i would stay again. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It is a no frills place, in the good sense. Close to French quarters but in a quiet location. Saw a couple of rooms, and liked ours, it was tasteful, clean and nice. If you are in car there is a parking opposite with reasonable rates.

The Pelham is quite charming - be aware that the parking is expensive, some rooms have no windows, and it is not new. Other than those three concerns, this hotel is pretty cool. The front desk agent was friendly, the room was clean, and the hotel was well-kept given its age.

We booked a room at the last minute and we weren't sure how nice the hotel would be, but the hotel ended up being a nice surprise. I love old boutique style hotels, so if you're looking for modern hotels with lots of amenities, this is not the place for you. Since we were looking for a place that had... More

New Orleans was our last USA city in a four weeks vacation so a reasonable priced hotel with a good position was our selection criteria. The Pelham more than met our expectations with a high but comfortable bed, friendly staff and a quite and clean room. Although we arrived late afternoon, our booked room was not yet ready. The staff... More

The hotel's tucked along a side street and I was a bit leery until I walked in....gorgeous small lobby. I believe the hotel has all been recently restored to its original old-world charm. Very clean, elegant, and quiet. A quick walk to the convention center and all points in the French Quarter, a block from the trolley. I spent the... More

I stayed here for two nights on a business trip. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Cons: 1. My room was dirty. I arrived at the hotel late at night to find an extremely dirty toilet, which clearly had not been cleaned. I found hair on my pillowcase (and the type you really don’t... More

We drove all the way from Orlando to New Orleans so were very exhausted and ready to rest. We arrived at 10 pm to be greeted by a receptionist who did not even look at us even if we've been standing there for a good 5 minutes because he was on the phone. A simple eye to eye contact and... More

Unique hotel near everything we wanted to do - stroll the French Quarter, ride the streetcars, see other attractions. Troy at the front desk was knowledgeable and friendly. He recommended a tour I truly enjoyed and guided our restaurant selections all of which were good. The rooms do lack coffeemakers and refrigerators. The room we used was clean with comfortable...
