We stayed here on the way to Vegas from Australia. So close to everything but far enough away from the noise when it's time to sleep. Plenty of towels, bed comfortable, no complaints. Nice restaurant on the corner for breakfast, 24 hour convenience store around the corner, street car round the corner. Good walk to bourbon street. Nice walk if... More

Part of our bad experience is on me, as I chose an interior room. It saved us some money, but our room was strangely creepy (super high ceilings, no window, poor lighting) and badly located (right off the lobby, next to the elevator). We dealt with the people polishing the floors late at night and revelers coming in late as... More

Stayed at this hotel for french quarter fest . Room was just somewhere to sleep at best . When the air kicked on it smelled like stale smoke. The shower was full of mold as was shower curtain . Was glad to leave after three days . Read about complaints on the people at front desk... I found them to... More

This hotel is centrally located downtown New Orleans, it is close to many attractions, the convention center and the French Quarter. All of the points of interest are within walking distance, if a 20 min walk is not a problem for you. We didn't want one of the chain hotels, if you want five star you will pay for it... More

Only 1 blk. across Canal from the Quarter, I would definitely stay here again. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of the staff. We always had to get extra toilet paper off the maid's cart. I told her we had 4 women in our room our first morning, therefore we needed a lot of TP,... More

Four ladies sharing one room, we expected to be a bit crowded. Wow, the room was tiny! However, the bathroom was quite spacious. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Convenient location. I would stay there again, maybe with just two of us instead of four!

Somewhat of a surprise with its old world charm. The rooms were good size and the decor reflected another time, with poster beds and fancy wooden stools to get into the bed. The staff was friendly and most helpful but the services were limited. The Pelham was in a great location, within walking distance of theFrench Quarter, Harrahs and numerous... More

Near both french quarter and business district. Best option for breakfast is inside the hotel, the red slipper, you should def. Go there. Go to ww2 museum, the bayou and to the avenue pub. The hotel rooms are great, lots of space and quiet. We stayed here 6 nights are enjoyed it very much. Only possible downside is that the... More

The Pelham was fantastic! The staff were very friendly and helpful when needing cabs etc. It was such a old French feel to it with artwork on the walls and statues in the lobby. Our rooms were great, they were spacious and clean, the beds were HUGE and so comfortable. We didn't have windows in our room because we booked... More

We loved this boutique hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, our room was clean and more than adequate (with character to boot) and the WIFI worked well. Our only complaint would be the parking situation, but we knew that going into this trip. Location-wise, we were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go. It was right... More
