We stayed four nights. The room was clean, but very small and basic. We didn't see the staff so I can't comment on their friendliness. We had to ask for shampoo, conditioner, and soap as they were not replaced. The location was good and just a few blocks from Bourbon Street.

Very friendly staff. A nice little boutique hotel, clean rooms. It's basically all about the location. You're close walking distance to Frenchmen St and where the action is but enough out the way for it be quiet. Good place to sleep and you don't go to New Orleans to spend your day inside the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff was very helpfull to organize some visits for us, the room was clean and comfortable enough for 6. We visited the French Quarter on foot. There were no breakfast proposed, but we had tea and coffee on the room.

Girlfriends first time in New Orleans, my 7th time. Could not have been better staying this Inn. Great location, great-friendly staff, awesome comfy room with great bed, and great price. Arrived to the Inn at 9am due to an early flight, and they allowed us to check in 6 hours early moving some room assignments around, and we didn't even... More

First, I would like to say that the inn is charming and the staff is very accommodating...if you are looking for a historical place in the heart of the Quarter, this would be a good choice. However, when you visit in the middle of summer, be aware that if you like modern conveniences such as A/C this might not be... More

We were so excited to be able to take some time off, away from work and home. We pick up this hotel (?) because it is located at the French quarter. The room is small, floor is sticky, bath room is lacking, and staff are not professional. We will definitely not recommend this hotel at all.

When we arrived in the room it was not cleaned at all. There was trash on the floor, the dirty laundry was on the floor and the trash bins were still full. The poor boy who helped us with the suitcases started picking up the dirty pillows himself before running back to the front desk. The girl at the front... More

I was looking for something central for Red Dress Weekend and decided to stay here based on the reviews. I think it lived up to everything I expected. It's off of Bourbon so it really is relatively quiet. You could hear motorcycles revving and loud revelers but most passed by quickly. The hotel does provide earplugs if needed. I'm a... More

It was had the charm of the French Quarter. The rooms were nice. The service was mediocre. Onr day we only got 1 set of clean towels. Had to request the rest from front desk. The cleaning was not so good. I knew they didn't have a pool when I booked the rooms, but it would have been nice. Not... More
