The only positive thing about this motel is that it is located a block away from a bus stop that will take you right to the French Quarter or other local attractions. Don't ask the front desk about it though because they will just say "I don't know, You can get on a bus and ask them where they stop."... More

I booked at the sweets inn motel through booking.com and got sent to this motel because sweets inn did not have " king size beds" but they took my money. I checked in at new orleans midtown motel just to find myself and husband staying at a slum hell hole!!! The place was HORRRIBLE!!!!!! Our room had bed bugs and... More

Do not enter this cesspool if u value your health or life. Godzilla size roaches are your roommates and 20 dollar sales of sex are readily available in the garbage dumpster smelling lobby. Stayed here for 6 seconds and realized sleeping in a casket would be better.

I stayed here for 6 nights without any issues and had a splendid experience. If I visit New Orleans again, I will surely come back. This is the opinion of a 22 year old female from a rural New England town. The bad reviews are probably because they are from before the major renovations being done now (now being July... More

We were not expecting anything fantastic due to the price compared to other New Orleans hotels but, unfortunately our experience was appalling. My husband are on a 28 day road trip through south east America so tend to use chain motels for convenience. We have never encountered a hotel/motel as poor as this. The first room we were offered had... More

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in by far .... I stayed in a motel that was 10x better than this hotel ... No A/C , no towels in the rooms .... If you're just willing to spend 60-70 just put it on a motel trust me it will be much better ....

The room was filthy and smelled bad. The carpet was sticky and the interior is very old. Looked like it has never been refurbished. The location was okay though. Quite near to the French Quarter. Not the safest place to be at night.

I booked this hotel with Travelosity before I got the chance to see a room, from the pictures I saw it wasn't half bad! We pulled into the lot after our 20+ hours of driving and just wanted to sleep. We looked up the hotel on this site and saw just one review of bed bugs, lets give them the... More

Bad experiences over Memorial Day weekend 2014. Room wasn't made up daily. No fridge, phone, chair, bed bugs in room, bath towels pitiful, no hand towels, toilet flush handle had to be held down for minute or two before flush works. Hotel run down. No hotel website should put this hotel on their website as conditions are terrible and bad. Door keypad have... More

My family and I stayed here during wrestlemania week. First let me say, the room was nice. Only problem was the microwave did not work. Secondly, the staff was cordial, and offered suggestions for places to eat, park, and sight-see. They even offered information about the hotel during hurricane Katrina. Will definitely go back.
