Average service. They didn't go out of their way to make us happy. There were some noisy people in the hotel. The most friendly was the guy that got our car. He would talk with us and tell us good places to go. The front desk during the morning was not too friendly

From the time we arrived to the time we left, 5 days later, we were treated like 'royalty'. We could not fault the hotel and in particular, the personnel. Everyone was always smiling and laughing, were always willing to give advice and obviously loved their city!

We had a fantastic time at Hotel Provincial. Property is well-maintained, and historic. If you're looking for a charming, authentic, clean French quarter feel that is also affordable, this is your place. If you want shiny and new, look elsewhere. Our room was small but comfortable. Cleaning staff was pleasant and accomodating. Only draw-back I can think of is paying... More

This hotel really complements the vibe of New Orleans. Situated in the French Quarters, near Cafe Du Monde (never gets old), and with hospitable service, Hotel Provincial is a must-go whenever heading down to New Orleans. When staying at this place, I recommend their "best in New Orleans" Bloody Mary to drink while laying comfortably in a lounge chair near... More

Great place to stay for a family reunion. There are a variety of places to sit and visit. The pool is welcoming in the hot weather. The location is ideal in the French Quarter. If you stay on the courtyard side be aware that you will hear everything going on. Earplugs help. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was... More

This hotel is very quaint and safe. The main pool is a place to hang out although there aren't enough seats. There is a second pool which no one seemed to use do to it being dirty but the larger one was fine. I would stay here again.

Great stay, the valet drivers were amazing. They were very accommodating and very polite. I would stay again. The parking is the only issue, only one car per room and almost $30 dollars a day if you have an additional vehicle!
