Southern hospitality is alive and well at this hotel and most of NOLA. The staff is more than helpful and price is right. This hotel is situated in a fantastic location only a few block from everything, including bourbon st. Clean, safe, has a lot of character. STAY HERE!

We arrived at the hotel at about 1230 am;check in was quick and we were in our room within 10-15 mins. We stayed in building 5 -room 421 and I must say that it was a wee bit haunted. For instance while I was in the shower someone sat on my daughter's bed while she was sleeping which woke her... More

We stayed for 4 nights in a poolside room, 112. The spacious room was gorgeous and clean with period antiques. Great separate vanity area from bathroom for 2 gals to get ready. Two large closets and tons of drawer space. Housekeeping was excellent. The front staff was awesome. Jerome was so sweet and helpful and Dave the bellman was as... More

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is great, especially for the price. They have a nice little bar with an awesome and very skilled bartender. The pool and courtyard are very nice as well. It is two blocks from all the French quarter action, so it is close but not noisy. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the fourth time I've stayed at Hotel Provincial over the last sixteen years. This trip we stayed for a week, with a family of four. I like this place a lot - it isn't perfect, but it has a lot of character and charm, and dollar for dollar is a better value than any other place I've stayed... More

Want to go back in time and still have modern luxury. Hotel provincial is a great choice in the French Quarter. There were seperate areas with three to four rooms per courtyard. Each courtyard had a few tables surrounded with lush vegetation. Ours even had a running water fountain. The furnishings were all antigues are really good replicas. Bedding was... More

This hotel's location is fantastic. I was there for Satchmo SummerFest and was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go. Service is excellent, and staff is friendly. Jimmy the bartender is top-notch. The courtyards are lovely. Two complaints; no one told me there was a pool. And, I guess someone's room had to have a view of the parking... More

Nice clean rooms, beautiful atmosphere, great location, reasonable rates. We felt very safe and at home. The staff was friendly but Mr. Israel really went above and beyond to make our stay delightful. Thank you !

This is our first time staying here. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The hotel is perfectly situated, you can pretty much walk everywhere from St. Louis cathedral to bourbon street if you can stand the heat. Has a small pool which is nice after a long hot day. Bathroom is nicely updated. The room is clean but outdated. They... More

This is a hidden gem! Loved the room. Everyone was so friendly and made my mother's birthday special! Thank you Charlene! Bloody Mary's are the best in the quarter!! Beautiful room with a view to the courtyard! Also the bellman was great and very helpful.
