First and foremost, this hotel is in a perfect location. You are in the center of wonderful restaurants, tour groups, jazz clubs and a short walk from the streetcars. Hotel is located exactly where you will want to be during you stay. Service level was lacking and check in process took way to long. There was only one bellman on a Friday evening. Rooms are nice. We had a balcony on Royale. Not a bad stay but just did not leave feeling wowed. More

Very clean and classy hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I've been there twice and look forward to going back.
