The Melrose Mansion is on the far edge of the French Quarter, on Esplanade. Parking is on the street, which is unsecure and hard to find. My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our 7th wedding anniversary. Half of the things in the room did not work (ie. whirlpool tub, lights in shower).
