The people that work at this hotel are some of the nicest people we have ever encountered on vacation. Nothing was a problem at the front desk. The room was large. I've read reviews about the dated parts of the room and I didn't feel it was warranted. The entire property has such character. Older properties come with their own... More

A five minute walk to the French Quarter or the DDay Museum, near Mothers restaurant and close to Emerils. Sumptuous rooms and Lobby, attentive staff and even a Peanut Butter and Jelly/Jam bar in the Lobby every evening at 10 pm! Seriously! Complete with hot chocolate (real) with marshmallows and whipped cream! The restaurant at the hotel was also amazing!... More

We were both very, very impressed with the property, room, service, food and beverage etc. Absolutely loved everything about this hotel and staff. Everything was top shelf. This is now in our top 3 hotels in New Orleans. Especially when you consider how economical it was. 5 star hotel for a 3 star price. Most definitely recommend to anyone going... More

My family was very pleased with our 4 night stay at Le Pavillion Hotel. The room was very clean and pretty. The Concierge Staff was great -- always helpful and accommodating as was the rest of the hotel staff. The peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and hot chocolate offered each night made the stay extra special.

We arrived early afternoon on a Tuesday last week after taking a taxi to this hotel. The doors are quickly opened for you by friendly doormen. Our luggage was piled up and we were moved to the check in desk quickly. The reception upon checking in was wonderfully pleasant. We were brought to our rooms promptly. There are nine floors... Felt like we were stepping back in time, friendly staff, lovely room with wonderful decor of days gone by, and late night experience of making your own PBJ sandwiches and enjoyed hot chocolate with real whip cream & mini-marshmallows! Although we didn't use the pool, hot tub, or exercise room which were all located on the roof - if we... More

My husband and I were very pleased with our accommodations at Le Pavillon Hotel. The room was spacious and clean and very pretty. The hotel had character, nothing like the cookie cutter chain hotels. The history of the place is very interesting, as well. We wish we had realized that there was a lovely rooftop pool -- we didn't bring... More

Beautiful, elegant, fabulous hotel. Step back in time to the grandeur of Louis XIV. Very helpful personnel. Within easy walking distance to many fabulous restaurants, the French Quarter, casino, and sightseeing bus stops.

We've been going to NOLA every year for the last 12 years or so and we've stayed in a range of hotels there The Monteleone, Ritz, Sheraton, W, Country Inns and suites, and even a B&B among others (seriously, we've been in them all and more). Ever since we booked the Le Pavillon we haven't gone anywhere else. Drive by... More

Le Pavillon is in the financial district, and I spent considerable money on taxi cabs and tips getting to the French Quarter and considerable time getting to where I preferred to go in the Garden District. The doorman, Cedric, is hardworking and pleasant; he deserves special mention. Nothing else does though. I swore off the dining room upon arrival when... More
