I've stayed here on several trips to NOLA and you can't beat the atmosphere, location, bar and beds! It's chic and comfort rolled into one without having to try too hard. Cool artworks and an irresistible scent permeate the lobby while friendly staff are there to give directions or advice on everything like how to get to Cafe du Monde... More

Wow!! We love this hotel. It's very authentic New Orleans feeling! The location is fantastic! The people are so helpful and friendly. The room is truly the most comforting room I've stayed in in years! I feel like I'm in a friend's guest room! The view is spectacular! The bed and decor is great too! I'm running out of adjectives... It is tough to try and find a place to stay when looking in a city as you have so many choices. We struck gold with this hotel. Great location,5 mins. walk to the French Quarter, so you can be in the midst of everything and yet "getaway" from it all at the end of the day and relax in... More

The International House is an amazing boutique hotel close to everything you need to do and see in New Orleans. I always stay at this Hotel when in NOLA and never got disappointed. The reception staff and managers are always very helpful and make their best to accommodate guests requests. Special thank you to Bradley at the reception that checked... More

For the positives the location is close to French quarter and the waterfront. The price was very acceptable compared to other 4 star options in the area. It all went down hill from there. The room was very oddly shaped and was similar to an old hallway converted into a bed room just large enough for a king size bed.... More

International House is in a great location for restaurants and not too far of a walk to the streets of the French Quarter. Checking in was pleasant and fast, the staff were very helpful in answering our questions. But it's not the best hotel experience I've ever had. There isn't any dining besides snacks, but thankfully restaurants aren't too far... More

The rooms are spacious pretty good location short walk to bourbon street 10 mins or 15 mins to steamboat. The deciding factor to me booking this hotel was the advertised free continental breakfast, it actually consists of granola bar, apples & bananas, tea and coffee and that's it. This is by no way a continental breakfast, please look it up.... More

Thank you for your comments. We are glad that you enjoyed the hotel. We certainly apologize as it is not our intention to mislead anyone regrading the complimentary breakfast items that we offer. We do hope to see you again. More

The hotel was nice but when I looked at my credit card bill I was charged for more than I booked it for and they said it was "incidental". The reservation I made it said including tax and fee of course not for "incidental" too. I definitely won't go back there.

Hello. I am concerned about your comments as we do not have any "incidental" charges. Please contact me directly if the "incidental" hold (not charge) has not been released from your debit card. I am confident that the hold is no longer present. More

We had a convention in this hotel. The first thing you remark upon entering is the soothing and welcoming smell of lavender and mint, I felt I entered in a peaceful place. All the decor is to stop and enjoy. The hotel lobby and Loa Bar are lounge style and great to hang out with friends. Bartenders very knowledgeable and... More

You don't think you need to call ahead to inquire if the hotel's restaurant and room service are available, but here you do! We had to go out for every meal because they only offered granola bars and fruit for breakfast. Worst of all, the housekeeper left visibly soiled linens on the bed! She just remade the bed and ignored... More

Thank you for sharing your comments with us. I am truly sorry for the challenge that you faced with the linen not being changed. While it is our policy to change sheets as requested, it is also our policy and firm commitment to cleanliness that soiled linens be changed immediately. We will handle that internally and offer you our most... More
