We stayed here to save money and if we had gotten there ANY sooner, we would have just left. There were hookers outside our room. Everything looks dirty. The staff does not speak good english. Would not refund our money b/c we booked a reservation. Not thru a website but by calling. The pool wasn't open. The rooms were disgusting.... more

I liked the entrance, the reception, very clean and smelt good. Room was nice, with good sheets and pillows. The new staff was always smiling and helping.The corridors were clean. The hotel is improving and of course my son liked it there, as it was safe and sound. I wish the new management good luck, they are really working hard... more

Problems with room listed below. I admit I got picky after the first 5 or so problems cropped up, and include shoddiness and photographs I would typically put up with if the hotel had corrected the first 5 or so problems (towels equal to # people in the room, a working telephone, cups for the coffee machine, etc). - Toilet... more
