For the first time, we took a chance and booked a hotel through Priceline. This hotel did not disappoint: great location, extremely pleasant staff (thank you David D. who mailed my iPhone charger to me), lovely room and luxurious bed, and a beautiful pool area and another courtyard area. And a great coffeeshop! Only wish free Wi-Fi had been in... More

We came here for a bachelor party and had a great time. The suites are very large and the room itself is comfortable. Only complaint I had was the shower wasn't as strong as I would like, but that's just personal preference. The location of the hotel is fantastic, it is right next to Bourbon and there are plenty of... More

We stayed for a wedding. The reception and wedding were all at the hotel. Front desk experience was excellent, coming and going. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Powdered sugar has great food. It isn't real apparent but look for it and you will not be dissappointed. The menu is limited but what they have is good, and convenient. The... More

Location was key in choosing this hotel for our New Orleans stay. Right in the Quarter, close to Bourbon St., with a balcony room. The hotel is updated with a very nice roof top pool, friendly staff, as well as kept very clean. The 2 downfalls that we had were with the pool area (not that we spent that much... More

My husband I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. I used hotel points for my stay, so I was a little unsure if this location would be okay given that it was just steps from Bourbon Street. We stayed in a room with a view of the courtyard and did not have any noise issues other than from a... More

Very nice! Everything looked new. Nice room, modern decor. Right on famous bourbon street; nice location. Lobby decor is great. Maybe they could improve the check-in process. I was very tired and it took me 10 mins. The bellman's and front desk service maybe could be more friendly. Nothing else to say. Highly recommended ! My wife loved it.

They were great at the front desk we had a problem called and got right in to our room at 10. This hotel has nice rooms and is very clean. The down fall is you hear all the street noise and everything anyone says in the hallway. So for those that are there to party and listen to drunks that's... More

This is a classic hotel that has been fully renovated in the last year. The location is perfect, a short walk from everything in the French Quarter or off Canal. There's a public garage a block past the hotel with reasonably priced overnight parking. Although we had a standard room, it was huge, with high ceilings, a chaise/sectional sofa, a... More

First, the positives: The staff are very courteous. The room was nicely decorated. Now...the negatives: Poor or no cell reception in my room which had NO outside window. I had to leave the room to go into a atrium walkway area to get "some" reception. My room had the standard inside hallway bordering it on one side and this atrium... More

TravelPansy, Thank you for taking time to leave feedback for our hotel! I would like to apologize for the issues you experienced with not only cell reception and internet service but the lack of attendance to your maintenance request. I recognize that these items can cause for a frustrating experience especially during business travels. I will certainly pass long this... More

Its right in the end of french quarter, so its a good starting point for the night stroll down bourbon and the little restaurant downstairs in the hotel is good enough for a quick breakfast. Overall, the hotel caters more towards official visits, so the WI-FI is not FREE, that was a bummer. Tip: Walk right across canal street to... More
