My first time in New Orleans and I only had one night to stay. The Hyatt was wonderful. We were coming from The Hard Rock Hotel in Biloxi and it was so nice to have a more luxurious room to stay in. We got to check in early which was great and the concierge Dave Allen was the best! He... More

I was in New Orleans on business and was booked into this hotel by others. Overall it was a very good experience. It seems like the rooms may have been recently redone because it was more modern than expected. My room was also quite large and everything was very clean. The staff was super helpful and nice. It is off... More

My fiance and I frequently visit the French Quarter this is by far the best hotel in New Orleans. Its a block from Bourbon Street Behind the Hard Rock. And a block from the trolley on Canal Street. The rooms are massive with seating areas, large bathrooms, and probably the best bed ever. I called down last minute got a... More

Newly renovated, room was fantastic! All the staff did a fabulous job of taking care of guests, seriously. The food and beverage mgr I met in Batch (hotel bar) was a great host, as was the front desk staff and the folks working in the coffee shop. Close to Bourbon Street, but just far enough away to lose the crowds.... More

The front desk to the concierge to the bar and restaurant staff were super friendly and helpful. Vincent went out his way to make sure we had fun exciting plans for the night and escorted us to the door and wanted us to make sure the next day we let him know how great a night it was. Modern rooms.... More

My friends and I stayed at this hotel at the end of August 2014. The hotel is superbly located at the French Quarter - it is a block from Bourbon Street, but it is easily accessible (we didn't have to get stuck in traffic getting in and out of there). The hotel check in and security staff were really friendly... More

Two of us came to New Orleans for a week on government business and decided to stay in the French Quarter for fun in the evenings. This hotel was perfect. The location is great right on Canal and Bourbon. We both got great rooms with balconies overlooking Bourbon street. The hotel itself is in immaculate condition and the rooms seem... More

We really enjoyed the location of the hotel. It is close to Bourbon street, but not right in the middle of it. It is close to the various streetcar lines so that it is easy to get around the city. The hotel itself is quite nice and the rooms are in great condition. It is a standard Hyatt and very... More

Had a very enjoyable stay in this hotel. We arrived before check in time and were put into a room straight away. We also had a problem with our air-conditioning one night and were unable to stay in the room due to the smell, we were moved straight away to an upgraded room free of charge for the duration of... We just ended a conference at the hotel and I have to say - Outstanding job Hyatt French Quarter. This hotel is all about service - from the Valet to the Front Desk to everyone we encountered.
