Excellent service at arrival!!! As soon as we drove in, Steve, unloaded our car and hauled our luggage inside. Once our luggage was taken care of, we parked our own car across the street in a covered parking garage for $30.00. Steve pointed the garage out to us. We don't need the car, because everything around here is within walking... More

We stayed this weekend at the Hyatt French quarter. We got upgraded to a room with a balcony facing the courtyard. It was very nice and is not as loud as having a balcony overlooking Bourbon Street . Rooms are very nice and spacious. Staff was very courteous and attentive. Everything is within walking distance. Will definitely be staying here... More

I have stayed at this hotel many times. Starting with the wonderful check in, to the excellent bartenders at Batch and the breakfast staff at Powdered Sugar and the valet staff, everyone is nice and happy to help. Location is also excellent. Right in the French Quarter and close to everything. The rooms are large and comfortable. Make sure to... More

Just got back from a 2 day stay at the Hyatt French Quarter. This is my 3rd visit and this place gets better with age. The valet service was excellent. Check in was a breeze, as always. Very efficient, friendly staff. Beds are comfortable and rooms are always immaculate. I’ve stayed here 3 times and in 3 different rooms with... More

Nicely decorated hotel with good sized rooms and excellent air conditioning! We stayed in room 357 which had a shared balcony overlooking the pool. Our room was quiet although I imagine if you are facing the street it's not quiet. The location is nice and convenient to explore the French Quarter. Overall good price for hotel. My only complaint is... More

We stayed at this property and were greatly impressed. It is a true piece of New Orleans - a totally upscale renovation of the Daniel Henry Holmes building. It is unique, exquisite, and the Staff is SPECTACULAR. All the rooms are spacious suites. We didn't want to leave. It is a block from Bourbon Street, everything you want in a... More

The Team at the French Quarter was AWESOME! They went above & beyond to make our stay for my husband's 50th birthday so memorable. Thank you! They sent us complimentary Champagne to celebrate & some lovely chocolate dipped strawberries & cookies too - Most enjoyable & really added to the celebrations. Derek checked us in up on arrival & was... More

The Hyatt French Quarter is located on the corner of Bourbon and Iberville. From there it is just a short walk to everything (restaurants, bars, music, boat docks, etc...). Check in was fast and efficient. We had a large room high up in the hotel. It was clean and quiet. The hotel bar was a great place to meet up... More
