I'd say the service was very good. The bar service was alright. Cafe staff was friendly and polite, food was also delicious. The room was clean and very spacious with a courtyard view. Pool isn't large and there is no hot tub but not a big deal. The location is great because its walking distance to many attractions. Overall I'd... More

Wonderful place to stay in the city of lights and music! I had never visited LA. Staying at the hotel enriched my stay immediately. The hotel is centrally located which provides ability to walk to major areas such as restaurants and the river sites as well. Aquarium and WW2 Memorial are fabulous as well. Staff is extremely kind and will... More

I'm a big fan of Hyatt properties. But this one was really fantastic. Love our spacious room and our balcony on bourbon street. Will definately stay here again. Great location. Near enough to the action and far enough away to not be extremely noisy.

The hotel itself is in a great location, right in the French Quarter. Easy to get around, even outside the Quarter to the Convention Center, so you don't need a car. The room service breakfast was excellent, and all the staff very friendly. The bed was comfy, the room a great size with a fridge, a decent size sofa. And... More

My gripes about the Hyatt French Quarter are small; small room, couldn't open my window, the floor plan is a maze, we found quite a few small millipedes in our bathroom. However, location is great if you want to be close to the bars and the night scene, the place was clean, modern, I loved the high ceilings. The staff... More

This is the only hotel we would select when we return to NOLA. The Hyatt French Quarter is close to the everything, we could walk to Bourbon Street as well as our favorite restaurants. The concierge service is outstanding, and we got some fabulous recommendations from her.

Excellent position within New Orleans. Helpful staff, Nice spacious room with all what you'd expect. The pool was a good size and clean. Rooms are a little expensive but like most major cities, what would you expect.Has the Hard Rock Cafe attached to it. Central location to all the main attractions. On the corner of the French Quarter and the... More

Our room was excellent located on the 2nd floor courtyard. The hotel is convenient to everything we wanted to do and see. The room was very large and confortable. The hotel resturant, Powder Sugar is an excellent place for breakfast and snacks. The adjoining Red Fish Grill is excellent for dinner. The valet parking is a little expensive, but very... More

A fantastic place to stay in the heart of the magnificent French Quarter! After some teething problems checking in (they had our booking date in for 2017?) we stayed here on two occasions in one week. First time for 3 nights before we travelled for a couple of days and stayed again for 1 more night. First 3 nights we... More

Hello kmcroberts622, Thank for the detailed review on your recent stay with us. We're glad to hear your overall stay was a pleasant one, but disappointed to hear that your first room failed to meet your expectations. Our Atrium facing rooms do tend to be our more tranquil rooms so I'm sorry to hear there were other guests that did... More
