Lived up to Hyatt standards. Front desk personnel were great. Stayed the night of 10/15/14. Rooms are large with high ceilings and modern decor. Parking in the French Quarter can be tight, but there is plenty of parking around the hotel as well as valet service. Bourbon Street less than a minute walk.

Great Experience Thanks To The Staff. We Arrived At The Airport And the Airport shuttle Shuttled Us To The HYATT FRENCH QUARTERS HOTEL. We Had Already Booked it. little expensive. But was worth it. Special thanks to the manager (BROOKE) who found out that we wanted a BURBON STREET BALCONY which my wife really wanted. AFTER 3 ROOMS, He finally,... More

This is a lovely hotel to stay. The location is great, and just off Canal Street, close to the street cars, to Seanger Theatre and at the end of Bourbon Street. . We were celebrating our Anniversary, and mentioned this to the check in staff. Later that day we were surprised with a bottle of wine, 2 glasses and a... More

I've typically always stayed at the W french quarter and gave the Hyatt a try because of the great price for the room. I was thrilled, the rooms were huge and very modern with comfy mattress and bedspreads. We had a nice sitting area in our room with a couch and chairs and a patio door that opened into a... More

The entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, and the hotel offered many amenities for anything you might have forgotten, most free of charge. The workout room had great equipment, and was clean and spacious. The location was absolutely perfect. Close to all the action of the quarter, yet quiet enough to relax out by the... More

The Hyatt In French quarter is located perfectly in NO between all the cool bars and shopping area. Its very clean, rooms are big and all necessary things for a good stay are available. As usual in USA the breakfast isn't included and quite poor for North Europeans. Never Mind good enough. The stay was very enjoyable for a reasonable... More

We booked a tour through hotel concierge who was also very helpful. At the end of our tour we were asked how we enjoyed tour and if... More

We stayed at the Hyatt for 2 nights before we left for a cruise. I have to say our room was very small, but clean. I also requested a quiet location for our room not on the main street and not near an elevator. In New Orleans people tend to come back to there room late at night and feeling... More
