I made this reservation through Bluegreen Vacations. It was made for 4 adults with an upgrade. Upon arrival to this place. I spoke with the gentleman at the front desk about my situation. " they gave me a room with double beds" I upgraded to a suite - so I am expecting joining rooms. { I cannot share a room... More

Hotel St Pierre was perfect for us. Quaint old style charm within the French Quarter with all the amenities we wanted - free wifi, hot breakfast included, Two blocks from Bourbon Street but very quiet and secure. From Hotel St Pierre you could easily walk within the French Quarter and to Canal Street. But if you wanted a taxis they... More

Good and quiet location in the French Quarter, not too noisy but still not too far away to walk to Bourbon Street and the Jackson Square. The service was mostly good and the members of staff were very helpful.

This hotel is very cute and conveniently located within walking distance to everything in the French Quarter. We only stayed 3 days- wish we were able to stay more! The front lobby is very nice and the staff was very helpful. Our room was cozy with a window overlooking the street. If you're staying here or in the area, eat... More

We were 3 ladies travelling together to New Orleans for 10 days. We stayed here the whole time and were very happy. There are 2 small garden pools and the free breakfast each day was hot and tasty. Each afternoon there was milk/coffee/tea and fresh cookies! The rooms could have been less dusty, but the beds were comfy. The hotel... More

Two blocks off Burbon St., this is a great place to stay. Charming (but small) rooms, secluded gardens, and lots of history. The staff was great as we had to extend our stay due to weather, and the location is within walking distance of everything you need to see in The Quarter. Parking is high at $40 per day.

We recently had our first trip to Nola for the start of Mardi Gras and the hotel was nice. Our housekeeper, Dawn was great, very friendly and accommodating to our needs-extra towels and more. The front desk staff was also very helpful and friendly. There were 2 couples in our room and it was small but comfortable. The breakfast was... More

Yes, there's history! There are years and years of patinated wear from the many guests and musicians who have graced the rooms and buildings over time. We enjoyed our little room. We were right on Burgundy St., so we could see the coming and going of people along the rue. One thing to remember, YOU are a guest! That means,... More

This place has everything going for it -- a great location at the northeast end of the Quarter, an interesting assemblage of historic buildings, a pool (although, unfortunately, the weather was cold and rainy during my visit)-- but it falls short in some key ways. If the management were more on the case, it could be fabulous. I knew I... More

Staying in French Quarter

Neighborhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
