Pros: This is a newer hotel (built 2007) in a fairly decent area of town, and the price is very reasonable given its location (so many hotels in the area are either pricey or in scary neighborhoods). Breakfast is continental but it's a very nice continental-- there's a wide assortment of food, including hardboiled eggs and waffles. Cons: The staff.... more

I chose to stay at La Quinta for a special outing - I normally stay in budget hotels (red roof, etc). The room at La Quinta was beautiful, but the shower didn't work. Instead of moving me, the staff suggested that I shower down the hall. It took 12 hours of my 2 day stay to get moved to a... more

This hotel is the best ever I stayed. For the first time, I hesitated if I had to stay in because there was no review. The main reason I chose is that this hotel was cheapter than any other la quinta inn in new orleans. It is almost 8-10 mile away from a downtown. we needed to take a bridge... more
