I stayed here having to travel to slidel to pickup a piece of equipement the next day. Found a coupon in the traveler magazine at the rest area. Immediately after getting off fhe interstate there i noticed it wasn't a good area to be in. i thought that the motel may not be to bad. The loby seemed quite extravagent,... more

There was a bullet whole in the wall, no light fixture in the bathroom and no shower curtain a really nasty looking stain on the bed. We left about 2 minutes after getting to the room. It took almost 3 weeks to get the refund back. It was horrible not to mention hobo village across the street more

Take heed of everyone else's warnings - an absolute dive and my boyfriends passport got stolen from the "locked box" facility (which we paid for , hah!). Maids are rude and its in a VERY rough area of canal street. Dirty, relatively expensive, I felt very unsafe and there were bugs in our room. Avoid like the plague, or risk... more

I have never been so appauled in all my life as the day I arrived at the Essence Festival this year to this death trap they call a hotel. This was the worst display of customer service I have ever received. Not only did they lie about why they were closed, but we found out later a murder had taken... more

My Friends did not read any reviews and pulled me into the trip at the last miinute. We arrived Friday, July 3rd only to find that this hotel had been shut down by the city July 2nd. No one notified us and the hotel charged us $850. They still have not given us a refund. Apparrently the hotel was drug... more

The pictures online are bogus. We payed for a king size bed and It was a full size bed, not big enough for the 2 of us. A pimp tried pulling me in his room. This place is drug, prositute, and thug infested. Im in new orleans alot and will never stay here again. Just last night a woman was... more

DO NOT STAY HERE, if you're not a very self destructive kind of person. A very shady and seedy place with thugs all over the place. The room was terribly dirty with butts under the bead and also cigarette jointbutts behind ha nightstand, even though we had asked for a non smoking room. There was no window and we were... more
