The hotel is great, the patio and room were great. We arrived on a Saturday and Mary was the receptionist, warm and caring person, very helpful ! The room assigned was not made when we walked in and she changed us immediately . We got room 2, ground floor so very noisy from the street and NO internet, we had... More

I stayed at Chateau Orleans on my first visit to the Big Easy and was pleased with my stay. The primary factors for my satisfaction was the convenience to the French Quarter and the Street Cars being both only two blocks away. It was well secured and safety was never a concern. The actual rooms were clean and well kept... More

I thought this hotel was very reasonably priced and in a very charming French Quarter location. Our room was located right off the courtyard (A3) which was could be little noisy as people came and left, but that's to be expected in New Orleans. The room was beautiful with a nice sitting room that had a gorgeous chandelier, leather couch,... More

NOT HOT WATER during our stay!!!! We stayed in room 6 for one Sunday night and had only cold water in all faucets! I let them know the next morning and Susie stated that I should have known to call the answering service to get a key for the extra room. They do not even want to give me a... More

Needing some down time with every conceivable distraction and food within walking distance. I needed a breather before starting the fall semester and this place was just perfect. Small (but perfect for one), not overly priced but it didn't need to be - character was more than enough!

We arrived over four hours early, but we were allowed to leave our luggage at the resort while our unit was being readied. Paul, the manager, suggested that we visit Deanie's Seafood for lunch. It was very close to the resort and was quite reasonable. After spending a little time discovering other French Quarter points of interests (all of which... More

For the price this was a very good place to stay. The location is just a block from everything you could ever want. The room was a little small and the ac didnt work like i would of liked it to but i also am a polar bear so i just bought a fan and that helped a lot. The... More

Just spent a week as a time share exchange. I usually drop my standards some with time shares and this property requires the same (I wouldn't stay here just as a hotel). While the location is very good in the quarter and the pool and courtyard are way above average, nothing else is run very well. Staff is only there... More

Lovely hotel in a perfect spot to walk to all the main attractions, but quiet street away from all the noise. Friendly staff, and gorgeous pool and patio to relax by, but some rooms are small and dark, and if curtains are open give little privacy from other guests. Would highly recommend staying here.
