My husband and I have stayed here before. Its always great! The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is yummy, and its on the street car line. Everything is always immaculat and the Inn keeper is a wealth of information. We like a leisurely pace when we visit the big easy and this B&B suits us perfectly! more

This was my first visit to NOLA since Katrina, and I was pleased to find the GV intact and unchanged from our previous stays. The location is ideal for busines or pleasure trips. Ed Buster,M.D. more

My husband and I recently visited the Grand Victorian for our 5 year anniversary. This was our first trip to New Orleans, and Bonnie, the owner, went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We initially booked the Nottoway room after finding out that the Greenwood room was booked for the dates of our stay. However, shortly after... more

My husband and I recently stayed at the Grand Victorian again while in New Orleans to visit our daughter at Tulane. While we have stayed before for Parent's Weekend, we feel like we were home again. The central location to Tulane, the homecoming activities, and shopping for my daughter were all conveniently accessible to the streetcar (which really helps us... more

The innkeeper met us for our late night arrival at The Grand Victorian, but was not feeling well so it was the only time we saw her in three days. Our room was beautiful, filled with authentic antiques and along with the house, it was immaculate. Unfortunately, we noticed boxes full of "stuff" in the dining area and that should... more

Don't hesitate: make your reservation NOW. My husband and I celebrated our 25th anniversary at the Grand Victorian and it couldn't have been a better choice. Beautiful and immaculate B&B very well located on the St. Charles, within shouting distance of everything, just a short stroll from Commanders. Whether we were bound for the French Quarter, Warehouse District or Audabon... more

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grand Victorian in New Orleans for the weekend of August White Linen Night 2009. It was truly a wonderful indulgence in great hospitality, southern ambiance and charm. The owner/innkeeper treated us like royalty and responded to our every need. It was like a journey back to a more leisurely time when people... more

My daughters (ages 14 and 20) and I had a 3-day "girls" getaway to New Orleans and stayed at Ms. Rabe's beautiful hotel. The location is perfect, right on the St. Charles Ave. streetcar line, just minutes from downtown New Orleans and the French Quarter. It is also easy walking distance from Commander's Palace and lots of great shops and... more

My sister and I had the pleasure of spending the weekend at the Grand Vic. The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed a leasurley breakfast and were able to get where we wanted as the trolly was at our door step. The other guilty pleasure was being able to walk to Commander's Palace for dessert ... twice!! more

We just returned from the Grand Victorian B&B. We chose it for our honeymoon and couldn't have made a better choice! The location is great, right across the street from a street car stop. Bonnie, the innkeeper, is so kind and helpful! She made sure our stay was great. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was big... more
