I booked because of the location and price. We stayed here 2 nights before a cruise. Room was clean, beds were great, price excellent! Enjoyed breakfast with the other residents. Will book again the next time we go.

My stepsister and I stayed at Chez Palmiers for our first time in New Orleans and we couldn't have found a better accommodation. Schuyler and David were so nice and laidback - very accessible, but not at all overbearing. The room was homey and comfortable, and the breakfast options were vast. We never felt unsafe in this location, and it... More

Because of Chez Palmiers, our trip to New Orleans has gained a very special flavor. The accommodations were charming and comfortable, the continental breakfast was delicious, the owners/hosts are nice and kind people. If you go, don't miss on having "garden conversations" with Schuyler or David. They were worth the trip.

Perfect place to stay if you want a quiet place on the edge of the French Quarter in a beautifully restored very old home with the best host (we only met Schuyler) you could ask for. We could easily walk to anyplace in the French Quarter but were out of the noise and chaos when we wanted to be. Excellent... More

I can't say enough good things about Chez Palmiers Bed and Breakfast! The location is within walking distance to the French Quarter but has none of the traffic or noise! It is elegantly appointed with lovely antiques. The continental breakfasts were always different with yogurt, pastries, bagels, cereals, fresh fruit, coffee, etc. Plenty of food to get your day started!... More

This is one of the best B&Bs I have stayed in. The location is wonderful, within walking distance to French Quarter but very quiet. The room was extremely clean and classy. Schuyler and David were great hosts and they were really committed to sharing their love for the house and the city with visitors.

We had a great time at Chez Palmiers. The place was perfect for our week long stay in New Orleans. Schuyler was a wonderful host and we really enjoyed the breakfast he use dot set for us every morning. The location is fabulous given that both Frenchmen St. and the French Quarters are within walking distance. I would strongly recommend... More

Great place to stay! Super close to the French Quarter, while away from its hustle and bustle. You can walk most places you want to visit and if you can't walk, it's an easy drive. Had a car and parked right on the block without any issues. Great bar around the corner. Very comfortable room, great breakfast, fantastic hosts. Would... More

We wanted to stay outside of the French Quarter but walking distance to it so the Marigny was perfect and close to the lesser known areas such as Bywater and Treme. We love to walk/explore and having Chez Palmiers as our home base was perfect. Schuyler & David were great hosts and I'm so glad we chose this B&B as... More

Chez Palmiers has everything we were looking for in a B&B. It's located in the Marigny just outside of the French Quarter. We were able to hit all the spots we wanted to in the French Quarter with a short walk. It's even doable to walk to downtown if you're up for a long walk (or to walk back if... More
