Reservation was made but when tried to check-in we were told that the reservation did not exist. If only I would have left at that point but my parents had pre-paid ... Mom had been assured how nice the place was (not at all nice) and that we would be safe (door did not even lock) and that we were... more

I have been a repeat guest at the Creole Inn for over a year now and I can honeslty say it gets better and better with each stay! Here is my disclaimer: I am the kind of person that wants to get up in the morning and know and feel that I am in a different city, not just wake... more

My wife and I enjoyed this B&B so much, we booked two extra nights (already had stayed a week). Dianna and Glenn are great. They share their knowledge of the area, attractions, and history of New Orleans. My wife stated the bed was the most comfortable bed she has slept on, and we have a $2000 mattress at home. Dianna... more

I have traveled a lot in my life to approximately 20 countries and all across the USA and I must say that I have never felt so welcome at a local place before. We understand that the managers of this property keep the rates low and the place nice and comfy so people can spend their money on the fun... more

BAR NONE! My partner and I Travel quite extensively and every time we go to a city we have been to before, we always stay someplace different than the last time. Mainly because we have never found a place we would ever want to go back to. Well that has changed for New Orleans! This was our second trip to... more

It was our first time in New Orleans, and the Creole Inn was a little further out than anticipated. ( a 20 min walk to town ) The owners are friendly, the rooms old but functional and the neghbourhood OK, but overall I would not go back. I know that this has nothing to do with the owners of Creole... more

This was our second trip to NOLA but our first B&B experience ever, and I must say that we were enchanted with it. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable, but what really made it special was the innkeepers, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, who totally went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience.... more

The Creole Inn is a cute and cozy B&B in one of my favorite parts of New Orleans, the Faubourg Marigny (just east of the French Quarter). We like the Marigny because it's close to all the attractions, yet quiet and more residential than the Quarter. Our favorite haunts are around Frenchmen Street, and we could get there in under... more

My husband and I stayed here for a week and didn't want to leave! We've been to nola several times and have always stayed in one of the big hotels. I wanted, however, to try something more authentic to New Orleans and convinced my husband to give it a try. Glenn and Diana Smith, the new innkeepers, were terrific and... more

This inn is actually a private home built in the 1850's and lovingly maintained for over 150 years. The new owner is remodeling, but you'd never know it (no hammers, paint smell, etc). He's brought in new and antique furniture. For example, I slept in an old 4-poster bed with memory foam mattress. A wonderful combination. As I was travelling... more
