My husband and I stayed here with two other couples for 9 days mid-April. We loved the apt. Style of the suite: 3 bed, 2 bath, kitchen, dining area, large sitting area. beds very comfy with great linens. Fresh towels every day. Close to FQ and Riverwalk shops. We walked to Canal, Bourbon, streetcar stops, cafe du monde, all the... More

I stayed at Hotel de L'Eau Vive in room 109 with a total of 6 people. Room 109 is a suite with 1 bathroom, a small kitchen area, 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch. Overall our stay was great. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is close / a short walk from a lot of main... More

This hotel/resort seems to be making it for its location, not its excellence of service or other accommodations. Lodging there was not without street noise, but we did not stay during a busy or boosy time of the year. The owners may be averse to remodeling since keeping the decor and everything in proper historical perspective could be difficult and... More

We booked this hotel through RCI, who we have just become members of - and this was our first RCI stay. We traveled down from Boston for my 30th birthday and stayed for a couple of nights in Biloxi, with our last night here. I've come to New Orleans a number of times. It's not the place to find the... I just visited, accompanied by my mother, brother, and his girlfriend. I must say, this hotel was a fabulous find. Great location, had all the amenities we needed (plus some), and a very nice staff. I must say, the free coffee during the weekend was a nice addition. Overall, had a great stay in NOLA.

Let's start with the pros for this hotel. The staff was very nice and the location (just between the warehouse section and French quarter) was excellent. We were an 8 minute walk from Jackson square, Bourbon Street or some of the fun and funky bars in the Warehouse district. We had a 3 bedroom suite which was spacious enough and... More

Our room, 104, shared a wall with some new construction, so we didn't have to set an alarm clock. The suite was spacious but curiously put together in a serpentine kind of pathway ending at an enormous jet-tub that would have accommodated 10 people. The fixtures were straight from Home Depot and not very well finished either. The kitchen was... More

This hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to Canal street and the French Quarter. Also close to the Harrah's casino and the Riverside Outlet mall. It is an old warehouse that was converted many years ago in to a hotel. Typical of many hotels in the area. We had room 103 on the ground floor apartment. I will... More

Went there for a party weekend. This place is in a good location, 2 blocks from the Harrah's casino, around the corner from several good places to eat and about 10 minute walk from the famous bourbon street. We booked the 2 bedroom room which was enough room for a party of 3. 2 bedrooms and a living room. Several... More
