I stayed there with about twenty friends. This place was disgusting. The people were rude beyond belief. The sheets were dirty. The bathrooms were filthy. The entire staff was very rude. This is definitely a party hostel, New Orleans Style. The food is really good and cheep and there are lots of activities, and extremely friendly knowledgeable staff. Its extremely easy to meet people, and the hostel is located close to a cable cart line that heads down into the city and to the french quater. I would stay here again.

Had so much fun here and love meeting so many wonderful people. Loved every minute of it! Well price and a good location. At the time the owner had quite a menagerie (including snakes) on the property, proved very entertaining.
