Really nice RV resort. Location is perfect to bike into the FQ. Gas station and Visitor Center in walking distance. Hard to find entrance if your first visit like us so definitely map out before getting off I-10. The sign for the resort not easily seen from the street so pay attention otherwise you'll end up in weird areas of... More

They did a great job with what they have to work with. It's basically a parking lot in and industrial area. They put up an 8ft block wall with spikes, gates with pass codes and a nighttime security guard. All brick pavers with some grass between sites. All sites are large with water, electric, sewer and cable. Everything worked great.... More

A great RV park right in the heart of the city. Every site is perfectly maintained, extremely level, and all hookups were in perfect working condition. Good security with coded gates and protective fence. Will definitely stay here next time we're passing through.

The resort is very clean & there is a lovely pool and hot tub and a great spacious bar area next to the pool with bar stools. The location is ideal, it is a short walk to the heart of the French Quarter and it is a simple route. Staff were lovely and friendly and the atmosphere is great and... More

I have been staying here since it opened. It has changed but to me, it's cool to allow others to stay that might not be "RV" snobs. I love it and think it is great for everyone regardless of the type of visit. This place is so cool and on the Uber trail for pickup.

First, we are not RV snobs, and have stayed in a wide range of parks and campgrounds; but, when we made our reservations at thIs "motor coach resort" for almost $100 per night, we were looking forward to a truly special stay. Although the office staff was friendly and the place is clean and well-maintained, this is most definitely NOT... More

And it has to be as there is not much else to recommend it for other than the bathrooms which are quite special for an rv park. Reception staff were very rude, pool not clean, hot tub out of order (and no apology just a laugh), and the gazebo that came with the so called ,premier, site both leaned and... More

First, I would say that we have stayed here before and would rate it a 5 except for the "no guaranteed site #s" policy. We (3 RVs) booked 90 days in advance, arrived at a time that they were not swamped and had a lot of sites vacant that were next to or very close to each other. Instead, we... More

This is a top flight RV park in a downtown city location. We stayed 3 nights solely to do the French Quarter tourist spots. Very happy with the ease of access off ( and back on) I-10, and the easy walk into the French Quarter. Lots of street people but they were all in the Quarter, not in the getting... More

If you have an RV and want to visit NO, this is the place to stay. An easy 10 minute walk to Bourbon street and great restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had a piece of weather stripping loose on the RV and the staff handyman was more than helpful. This place sit right below I-10 so the noise level... More
