A fantastic RV park with all the options and the best location of any RV park we have ever stayed. We were actually within walking distance of everything going on downtown. Bourbon street is about 5-6 blocks away. Tons of places to eat. CVS And Walgreens are also about 6 blocks away so if your needing something before midnight your... More

This RV park is near the French Quarter. It is in a sketchy part of town, but the park is enclosed and secure with razor embedded walls, a coded gate and security after dark. The staff are helpful and friendly. It is advised that you not walk to the park from the Quarter after dark, but daytime walking is generally... More

My husband and our two sons on Spring Break from College stayed at the Resort for 5 days. We were really happy with the location - 4 blocks from the French Quarter. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The resort itself was clean and very nice. We traveled with two dogs. There is a park across the street which... More

the rv park is located few blocks from the French quarter across from Rampart Street near the Basin Street visitor center. The Hollywood crew was located next to the RV park and allot of activity going on so the walk during the day and at night was fine. Seems they were filming the Vampire Dairies. we did encounter someone was... More

We were here for 4 nights in early January....amazing place! I agree on the outside it looks like a prison but wow when you go through the gates...great place to be. All the pads and drive way are inter-locking pavers and the sites are level and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The amenities were lovely, TV room,... More

We rent an RV every year to travel to a trade show. We decided to stop in New Orleans this year to visit our old haunts (we lived there until Katrina). Okay $69 for a night in an RV park is kinda expensive, but there is a fitness center, a pool, and a hot tub, so not totally devoid of... More

The place is expensive for a RV park. If you have the America Passport card they reduce the fee one night, then the AAA reduction the others. Clean place with great services. The hot tub is good after a day's walk in the city. We felt safe walking back from the French Quarters but we were three and we rarely... More

We had a hard time finding it at night. But once there it was all easy getting set up and the place is nice. Very nice RV's and Motor homes. Nice pool and hot tub. With clean hot showers. Didn't use the gym but had nice equipment. The location is in an area that wouldn't be good to be out... More

You can't call this one a campground. The park is setup and caters to large self contained RV's. Very nice cobblestone street and sites, but sites are close together. The grounds, sites and facilities are perfect. There was some highway and street noise but I think you have to expect that when you are in the heart of a city... More

Getting in and out: There is one entrance to the resort, but two approaches. You can approach from the freeway on the back side or from the French Quarter. Either approach would have given plenty of room for even long rigs. The park is extremely simple to navigate because it’s so small. However, the curves are relatively gentle and even... More
