Me, my husband and 3 other couples stayed here for the weekend. When we arrived, the valet opened our doors, and offered to take our bags. Looked forward to stay here for long time and wasn't as great as I thought it would be although still nice. Ate at the Swizzle Stick bar off the kids menu - was very impressed. LOTS of food. Plenty for adults too and decent priced. The restaurant was more pricey so didn't eat there. Pool and fitness area were nice.... more

Great location - we walked everywhere including the French Market and Frenchman St which are on the east end of the French Quarter. Twice we had to ask for items usually restocked - wash clothes and coffee but we got a great deal at hotels.com $84 with an extra $29 for parking. We picked this hotel based off of location and value. Most others around it were considerably more for similar features. I called ahead before booking on an online discount site and was able to get an even better deal, larger room with two free drinks and the $20 parking for free. Staff is very friendly!!
