My husband and I only live about 1 hour from NOLA, but decided to go there for our honeymoon. It was the right decision and the right decision to stay at a B&B! We were completely spoiled by the hospitality and service we received from the O'Malley House!!! We are already trying to plan weekend getaways to go back and... More

This was my husband and my first time in New Orleans and our first time staying at a B&B. We are B&B converts now! AND we fell in love with NOLA. I selected the O'Malley House based on the reviews and I am so glad I found this place. This is a gorgeous house. It's very clean. The sheets were... More

Me, my sister and my mom stayed at the O'Malley bed and breakfast and we were not disappointed. We were stunned at how beautiful it was, how much knowledge the staff and owners had of the areas and where to eat, very personable from housekeeping to Larry Watts the owner. I can't say enough of how pleased all three of... More

My wife and I stayed at the O'Malley house when in New Orleans for our daughter's graduation. What a treat! We have stayed in many B&B's. This is without a doubt the finest. As many other reviewers have noted the location is excellent. The cleanliness is equal to a first rate hotel and the breakfasts are generous and delicious. A... More

I selected O'Malley's based on prior reviews, and was not disappointed. Our 4-night stay exceeded expectations and greatly surpassed stays in other New Orleans B&B's. Ideally located in Mid-City just off Canal, O'Malley's is a 30 minute, very pleasant walk, to the jazz fest fairgrounds; a 15 cab minute cab ride to the airport and a 10 minute trolly ride... More

We stayed for the first weekend of JazzFest 2013, and it could not have been better. The house is beautiful and the rooms are extremely comfortable (and quiet). The breakfasts were excellent. I am planning on staying here again next year.

Travelling to New Orleans from the Bahamas for a short vacation was something Thalia & I were looking forward to for many weeks. If you want basic food, standard accommodation and hosts with very little time for you, then the O'Malley House is NOT for you! It is ideally located...local cafes/restaurants on the doorstep or a 10 minute trolley ride... More

I would stay again at the 1896 O'Malley House Bed and Breakfast when in New Orleans. The bedroom was comfortable, the breakfasts delicious, and the Innkeeper was very personable and full of information about New Orleans. The B&B is very close to public transportation, too.

My spouse and I have frequented the O'Malley House on at least four occasions and have done so because once one has found the BEST NOLA has to offer in terms of hospitality, one does not waiver. Larry Watts (proprietor) is by far one of the most gracious hosts. Over the past four years, Larry has made arrangements for us... More

We spent 4 nights here in April 2013. House is quite special, full of character and very well furnished. It is also calm and quiet with easy access to the French Quarter via the nearby street car. Rooms are spacious with the most comfortable beds ever. We received a warm welcome from our hosts Brent and Larry who went out... More

Thank you for your review. I do love the beds also, I just wish I had one in my room. Mine was lost in Katrina and I was not able to find the same type as we have in the guest rooms. :( Please think of us on your next visit to NOLA. More
