I booked my reservation through the hotel's website. At check in, we were informed that the hotel was over booked, and we were sent to a sister hotel 5 blocks away. We were fortunate that they had rooms at a sister hotel that was only five blocks away. I imagine others have been sent to the lakefront or airport if... More

I am terribly sorry that we had to relocate you to one of our sister properties when you arrived. I understand how that could be of some inconvenience to you while traveling. While we make every attempt to avoid this type... More

Great place for a business trip or a vacation. Walking distance to the French Quarter or the Museum district. Rooms are nice & well-appointed. But the best feature is the rooftop pool. Such a nice view of the skyline in the evenings--and it is open late.

The hotel staff was great and the room rate was affordable. We went on a bachelor party and didn't want to pay the outrageous rates in the French quarter and we didn't mind the short walk or brief can ride. Parking costs were outrageous and I wouldn't recommend women making the walk to most popular areas as we did just... More

Located in the warehouse district. This modern arts hotel is right near all the wonderful museums and several awesome little bars and restaurants. The whole area had a real bohemian feel to it, The hotel restaurant was amazing. Chocolate beniets are a must. Lucy's across the street is also a fun and funky bar/restaurant. Kind of california meets cajun. Now... More

Room was fine, Bed was fine, amenities fine, Really hot water, no freebies, I have been told this was a good place, no more expensive than others, MY trip was business and paid, I just try to be frugal. I remember when Cokes were a nickel, so these prices were high to me, regular for New Orleans, The hotel/motel was... More

This hotel attempts to be chic, the reality is a stark property, with few true amenities and mediocre service. Check in required more than 20 minutes as the manager (self-identified, her badge did not indicate this position) argued with person over botched reservation. No one came forward to heal any other customers (despite long line). Restaurant attached to hotel is... More

When I checked in I was told I only had one room while my reservation and bank account showed two. When I told the first lady she was like "Well I only see one". So I had to go back out, get my phone and send screenshots of my reservation through hotels.com. She said "Well that's the problem booking with... More

I call this hotel a hidden gem in the Art District. I usually stay closer to Bourbon St but we wanted to try another hotel. You would almost miss it walking down the street but will be glad you didn't. The inside is simply gorgeous due to the hand made glass sculptures hanging from the ceiling as you come in... More
