We came to New Orleans on business during the week before Mardi Gras and wanted something close to the Quarter, but not in the midst of the craziness. This hotel is perfect, only a few blocks from the action. The staff is fabulous, from the valets (Travis) to the front desk & room service. The rooms are spacious, modern and... More

My wife and I visited NOLA in July/August 2011. We were there for the National Junior Olympics. The Renaissance Arts Hotel was out of sight. First, when we arrived at the hotel, the lady that assisted us at the check-in counter was very gracious. She got us checked in and situated and a very timely manner. Upon arriving to our... More

I've now stayed in this hotel 4 times. Every time meets or exceeds my expectations. What's even more impressive is when I provided feedback to the manager on how they could improve the executive lounge, he immediately followed up on my suggestions. Wow! Now that's customer service. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants all within walking distance. Bourbon street... More

Not too excited to pay the amount we did for this hotel, although we booked on a weekend with a lot going on in town. The worst things is that we didn't know there was no parking for hotel guests (valet was a crazy amount I wasn't going to pay). The room was nothing special I could have paid half... More

Although the valet was 33/day, it was worth it. The front desk attendants were amazing. The rooms very modern, comfy, CLEAN and up to date, the restaurant is cozy, French Quarter was close, elegant, and the people go above and beyond. On our mobile we just went to browser it opens up a link for marriott platform service and u... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for only one night on our recent vacation to New Orleans. The hotel is in a nice, safe and quiet location in the city. It it beautiful and well appointed. The room was very clean and modern. The bathroom was also very clean and adequate in size for two people. The bed... More

This hotel's location in a revitalized warehouse district filled with art shops and restaurants. You are one block away from Emeril Lagasse's restaurant and about a 20 minute walk to the French Quarter. The hotel is filled with its own modern and local artwork collection. Rooms are clean and well appointed. If your stay is pre or post cruise you... More

I stayed 12/26-12/28/2011, like the open feeling of the hotel, designed well, walking distance from French Quarter. La Cote Brasserie is an excellent restaurant, it's part of the hotel. Clean, comfortable, nice service, refreshing lobby-well thought out design that is open, airy, colorful, relaxing, and inviting. Excellent first rate health club facilities, rooftop pool w/ great views of the city.... More

We stayed at this hotel on New Year's Eve and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was slightly small but comfortable. There were too full beds instead of queen size. This hotel is about 10- 15 minute walk to the beginning of the French Quarter and the Riverwalk. This hotel is close of... More

I just stayed at this hotel for the 2012 Sugar Bowl. For me the location was excellent. It is within safe waking distance of the French Quarter (about 1/2 a mile) and Superdome (About 1 mile). The concierge lounge breakfast, snack, and desserts were comparable to a restaurant meal and were delicious. The hotel is in a very quiet area... More
