This place was awesome. The owners of the hotel we usually stay for Mardi Gras retired and closed up, and we were lucky that this B&B had a cancellation. A very quiet and relaxed break from all the Mardi Gras craziness, and with it's history it felt like stepping into a different time. Tracey really keeps it maintained. Highly recommend... More

My husband and son and I stayed in Rm.1 which was on the ground floor. We were lucky to have a room with a sofa that rolled out into a bed to accommodate our son. The decor was absolutely gorgeous and we felt pampered all the way. Tracey does a beautiful job with breakfast and there was always a variety... More

Thanks for your kind words, it was lovely having you all stay here. I hope you come back soon and hopefully your son will go to school here. I hope to have two queen beds in that room soon so it will be even better. I love the photograph! Cheers, Tracey. More

If I had to describe our stay at the Parisian Courtyard Inn in one word, that word would be: delightful. The Parisian is a gorgeous New Orleans style house, conveniently located in the lower garden district, just a few minutes walk from the trolley and about a 15 to 20 minute walk to downtown. Our room on the second floor... More

My wife and I stayed at the Inn once in November and another time in late December. Tracey, the Inn manager overlooks no details. The home is well kept and maintained. Also, the breakfast is fantastic! She bakes some of the times herself and they are perfect. We have stayed in two different rooms and each have their own character.... More

My wife and I stayed at the inn over the weekend of 1/9/15. The inn is very beautiful and well maintained. It is ornate without being tacky. We can only speak regarding the first floor room that we had. It was very large with a king bed and a fireplace. The bath was modern and appeared to have been added... More

My husband and I were in New Orleans for New Year's Eve and my husband's 60th birthday. We stayed 3 nights and thought the decision to stay here ended up a great one. In the past we have stayed at the Royal Sonesta, but found this place wonderful. Tracey was a great hostess and the breakfasts were awesome. It was... More

Our first trip to New Orleans was a blast thanks in large part to our stay at the Parisian Courtyard Inn! Perfectly situated in the Garden District, the Inn offers an ideal base for long, interesting walks in any direction, or a quick street car ride to the French Quarter. The historic home has a lovely ambiance and our room... More

My son is going to college in NOLA so I have had several opportunities to travel there over the past two years. This was my first time staying at the Parisian and I am sooo happy to have found it. Tracey was a terrific host. As someone else noted, she is attentive but not "in your face". I avoided B&B... More

Stayed here last weekend for four nights. Tracy is a great host, never in your face but always around when needed. Breakfast is light continental: delicious pastries, toast, juice, coffee. Very tasty and definitely not an afterthought. The decor in there is fantastic: ornate mirrors, high ceilings, local flair. It's very clean and extremely well-kept. The location is practically perfect.... More
