DO Not stay here. Everything negative u have read here IS true. For u & your wallets safety, find any place else. Even your car in a campground. Everything was badly stained. Only positive is it's on a bus route.

I booked a room here for 4 nights, BIG Mistake! You need to Ask to see the room before you pay. I should have. Once we saw the room we refused it, the guy showed us another room, it was just as disgusting and smelly as the first room. We said we decided not to stay, so please refund our... More

I booked this hotel as a last minute deal from expedia, I read about 50 of the reviews and most of them were negative. I chose this hotel because of the free parking and the gate. At first glance the hotel looks like it is in a bad area but it is just industrial and it reminded me of industrial... More

This review is a tad lengthy, but I can sum it up in a few words. DON'T GO to this hotel if you expect to have the amenities they advertise on booking sites. DON'T GO to this hotel if you expect to pay the price you booked it at. DON'T GO to this hotel if you want to be treated... More

I thought it was going to be one of those places that a bunch of truckers stay and some place you only go to rent out the room for a "few hours." As we pulled up my friend thought I had the wrong spot. the inside of the check in area was ok. they have a few tables and chairs... More

extremely nice and helpful staff, clean room with lots of space, good price. For a budgeted hotel stay, Red Carpet Inn is highly recommended in my opinion. Gated parking lot gives peace of mind. Convience store right in front of hotel building with good food.

Its in a rough part of town but being honest all of New Orleans is rough. But if you just dont care or just need a bed to crash on after drunken times in the quarter go ahead. Don't bring ya kids or ya lady here, go find somewhere a little better for your hard earned money. What I can... More

Hotel was clean but bad sign when everyone is behind bullet proof glass every thing was locked up. Staff was some what friendly. The room was a 5 at the best nothing special here but a bed and a pillow to crash on at the last minute

The manager Brett was very rude, unprofessional and his appearance wasn't neat and he should have to keep his fingernails trimmed not have them long. Being our first time in New Orleans we weren't aware of the bad part of town it was located in or that the room was unclean until we looked at it. When we returned to... More

Family and friends went to New Orleans for the week of July 4th. Prior to leaving we made or reservations in advance like always. Over the phone we were told that a breakfast buffet was included and were given the times for breafast. We were also told that we were twenty minutes walking distance from Bourborn street. The hotel is... More
