We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the fact that it is close to everything. Whatever it isn't close to you can easily access a streetcar and get there for a cheap price. Room was very clean and honestly didn't have an issue. All of the staff were very helpful and informative. They even booked us a taxi to the... More

After changing our travel plans to arrive a day earlier, we booked a room here for one night (the other hotel was sold out). We would have been fine with staying here the entire 4 nights. The location was close to the French Quarter and directly north of the casino. The free breakfast was adequate and included hot items like... More

This hotel is within walking distance of the French Quarter and other central attractions, which is why we booked it. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are nicely sized and everything was very clean. The breakfast was good and staff kept it well stocked. Parking is in the next block (very close), (Don't go in to... More

We researched a lot of hotels. This one had the best reviews and lowest price. The Manager, Stanley Mascair, met us out front immediately upon arriving. Kentrell Bracken and Donald Wright both had great attitudes and super service. The WiFi is weak and the treadmill was out of order. The breakfast is minimum. The floor plan was great as a... More

Stayed at this hotel March 2015. In great location, easy walking distance to Canal Street and French Quarter. What it lacks in curb appeal, it makes up for in comfort and some of the friendliest staff we have ever met. Had a one bedroom suite which had queen bed and sitting room. Furniture in sitting area of room a little... More

This hotel really had the best location it was a five min walk from Bourbon street and about a 15 min walk from some great outlet malls! The staff was what made our experience in New Orleans even better. They really went out of their way to make sure we were safe in our travels and were very interested in... More

Let me start by saying that the staff at this Inn were some of the most pleasant people to deal with. Very helpful and friendly. This is the perfect location. Not directly on the strip in the French Quarter but just a couple block walk to everything. The room was very clean and comfy. Although we didn't eat breakfast here... More

This hotel is run by a wonderful staff. From the moment we arrived on March 6th, when Glenn helped with the bags and went over a map with us about nearby restaurants, to George at the front desk who was a great help with the room; I knew we had made the right decision to reserve here. Everyone working there... More

It's right next to a subway and a meditteranean place, but way to close to the quarter not to walk and find a place there! The people that work there are really nice, the rooms were really nice and can't remember if I was recognized as a rewards member, but no biggie. It is kinda nice to get a perk... More

I'll start off by stating that all lodging in and around the French Quarter is ridiculously expensive, especially on weekends, so I was glad to be able book a Tuesday through Friday night stay for an average of $149 a night, which is very cheap considering Quality Inn & Suites Downtown is just one block across Canal Street from the...
